Hotel has its great years far behind. Air condition is A DISASTER. Central conditioning without possibility to change the temperature. You have to ask front desk to complete switch off. But this is not guaranteed. Some rooms might be happy, some not. Russian (polish) roulette. Looks like it depends also whom do you run into at front desk.

By no means should be this considered 5 star hotel. Disgusting food, no pool, underequipped rooms. We had a three person room, got 2+1 and one person had to sleep on a camp bed. Breakfast was less than disappointing, lunch burgers were inedible. Pizza was okay, but we had to wait for over an hour.

When we arrived at the hotel both myself and my partner were disappointed Firstly we were expecting a room with a view what we actually got was a room overlooking a street with a tramline so you can imagine the noise ! When we spoke with reception she told us yes because we booked through a travel company rather than directly booking with the hotel there was no option for us to be moved unless we were going to pay a further £100 per night for the duration of our stay. On arrival also I noticed that the towels provided had lipstick marks on them( I didn’t mention this to reception ) we just used the other towel expecting a clean set the following day, this wasn’t the case we still had the dirty towel and the one we’d used hadn’t been changed either … When mentioning this to the hotel they did provide clean towels when we returned that evening but the dirty towels remained ( I don’t know if this is the case in Poland I’m not sure what the standard is but our beds weren’t made neatly just pulled over, the bin was emptied daily but no fresh toiletries, toilet roll or towels provided unless we asked for. We also didn’t find the staff friendly no interaction at all !! And trust me when I say I’m not one to complain or make a scene. Good points about the hotel- it was in a good location a little out the way (away from the hustle of the square but a 5 minuet taxi journey into the main square / or a 20 Ish minuet walk along the river to the square. The spa was nice and the massage was fantastic and very reasonable compared to Uk prices. I wouldn’t stay here again :( Expected more Not that we spent anytime in the hotel but I wouldn’t return. ALSO TIP anyone visiting Poland download bolt app ( taxi service ) we got a taxi from airport when we arrived it cost 150 Using a bolt taxi it cost us 40 ( we were 20 ish minuets away from airport ) Defo use the bolt app !!

Lovely hotel, all staff were very kind and helpful. The sauna was great and so was the massages! Everything was fantastic except the noise at night from the trams. Apparently it’s a lot quieter if you manage to get a room on the other side of the hotel. Other than that we had a fab stay, with a great choice of breakfast items :)

I would highly recommend Niebieski Hotel to my friends and family. People who work in this hotel are welcoming, helpful and professional. All the emails with my questions regarding reservation were responded quickly. Rooms are spaciaus. The style of the rooms is very cozy (a lot of beutiful blue details). All meals in the Niebieski are very delicious. Spa treatments are very good. One of the most customer friendly places I ever visited.

The Spa treatments were amazing! Would higly recommend if wanting a private relaxing spa. You really get the feeling that your are well taken care of, and your needs are met. Recommending 10/10, kidly and very welcoming staff. The staff was really flexible and responded quickly on our e-mails confirming our reservation beforehand. We chose the full VIP bachelorette package with food and massages which tasted great and skilled treatments. The spa is beautiful and you feel relaxed the moment you enter. They explained everything, and was really aware of us and giving us the best experience. Always available and making sure we had refills. Overall an luxury experience for such great amount of money!

I would say this hotel is a smalishl very classy boutique hotel rather than the stated 5 star hotel. That doesn't say there is anything wrong just a descriptive nuance as it has most of the facilities and support a 5 star hotel has. It is located slightly out of the main tourist area but right on the riverside. Ask for a river side room if you can. A steady 25 minute walk will get you into the main square and 20 minutes will get you to the castle. I arrived early yet reception made sure my room was ready. The room itself was a nice size, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The bed comfortable enough to ensue a good nights sleep. The bathroom was equipped with a good shower that worked well unlike many hotels. The rooms are very effectively noise insulated from other rooms The main restaurant was COVID spaced and all staff masked. The food was always well presented and tasty. I was never rushed to finish and leave. One thing I found strange was the breakfast buffet was laid out as self serve yet waitress service was the order but it still worked fine. The staff encountered were all very professional and customer focussed so it made for a very pleasant stay.

Stayed in Niebieski for 3 nights. Pleased with the room, bed very comfortable. Staff members very nice and helpful. Hotel is located about 10-15min from Wawel Castle. There is a tram stop just outside hotel which can take you straight to the old town for 3,40zl. Uber is very cheap- around 10zl to get there too. For someone who likes some fun I would definitely recommend to get a electric scooter which can be found very close to the hotel (few companies runs it, get the app and collect the scooter, leave in designated area which shows in app too). They cost around 5zl for 10 min. Wish someone said anything about it before, we only found out on our last day. It was such a great fun

Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel which puts the hotels in Northern Ireland to shame in terms of cleanliness, service and attention to detail. The quality of the tiling and mosaics in our bathroom was exemplary and much superior to anything I have seen in the UK where "good enough" is the motto a lot of the time. Even the lift was scrupulously clean right up to the roof and into the corners which was no mean feat as it was almost entirely stainless steel. The breakfast was beautiful and there is a choice of cold or cooked food which is well presented. The restaurant has a nice view of the river and you can sit out on the balcony if it is a good day. Not all was perfect of course; the bar at reception looks like an afterthought and is definitely not cosy. Pillows are like marshmallows but not in a good way and double bed is 2 singles joined together which I do not like. Spa is nice but massage was ok but nothing special and there is no swimming pool. Decor is very nice and you can walk into the old town from here easily if desired. If you are going to take this option use the walkway beside the river as the street that runs beside the hotel is not particularly nice in parts if you decide to walk. Alternatively you can catch the tram or get a taxi (this cost between 14 and 30 Zloty so make sure you check before taking the taxi). Overall though I was impressed and would definitely recommend.

This is not a 5 star hotel by any standards. It is clean and comfortable but no where near a 5 star. I'd give it maybe a 3 star if I had to be pushed. Plus the staff aren't the happiest people in the world for what ever reason
