We have just stayed for three nights in this lovely boutique hotel and found it excellent in every way. It's location can't be beaten as it it minutes walk from the Rynek Glowny - the main square. The staff were very helpful and polite, and the hotel is very nicely decorated in Polish style. The room was a really good...

The Wawel Hotel is an excellent choice to stay in Krakow's Old Town (Stare Miasto). It is a short walk from the hotel to the Main Market Square and St. Mary's Basilica as well as to the Wawel Castle. The staff was extremely helpful in providing directions including directing me to a pharmacy for ibuprofen. The hotel lobby, hallways, and...

Excellent location in the middle of "Stare Miasto" (old city center) from which you can walk around and visit castel, cathedral, churches and other monuments in a lively area but i a calm street. Copious and various products for breakfast. Only reserve on decoration of rooms, comfortable but looking a bit dated.

We booked this Hotel after reading other reviews & what a fantastic choice. The hotel is on a very quiet street, just off the main street Grodzka, this street links the Wawel Castle & the Main Square. After arriving via the Train (16 Zloty & 18 mins) we took the 20 min walk to the Hotel, check in was easy,...

The hotel is in an ideal location, everything is within walking distance – Main Market Square, Royal Castle, Restaurants, Museums, Churches. They can also assist in coordinating local tours to the Wieliczka Salt Mine and Auschwitz. The staff...

We stayed here in November, and from check in to check out we had a really lovely experience. The bedroom was spacious, the bathroom was clean with a powerful shower. A fridge in the room was useful, and bottled water was provided and restocked daily at no charge. On the days we were leaving early on excursions we were provided...

The hotel is ideally located about 5 mins from centre of Old Town Krakow and about 5 mins to Wawel hill, and yet is in a very quite road. Hotel is clean and rooms pleasant enough. Breakfast fine and plenty of it. Had to move room because shower water did not drain away and so bathroom flooded (they are open...
