We stayed there for Easter with my family and had a great time. The hotel itself is very old and you feel like being in a palace. Everything about the building is gorgeous. The breakfast was great, way better than at any other hotel. The staff was beyond helpful and kind. The rooms were beautiful and clean however in the suits...

Everything you'd expect from a 5-star hotel, and located just down the road from the main market square, perfectly situated around restaurants and cafes. The hotel is luxury, with bedroom and bathroom large and so comfortable, with little extras like bathrobe and slippers; the furniture is "antique" in most cases, and the breakfast restaurant also so designed. The breakfast itself...

We had three good nights at this hotel. The food was good the service very good but the hotel is old and perhaps it's time to rebuild some of the rooms? An endless issue with the card reader in our door was a bit frustrating..

Situated in the Old Town a minute's walk from the square, this was an ideal base for visiting the city. A hundred years or so old (as are most of the Old Town buildings) the peacefulness, charm, quality and service provided by this hotel must be difficult to beat. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Location perfect right in the old town so everything is walkable. Hotel is old and historic - a relic of the past but well maintained. Concierge most helpful member of staff. Had a great stay here and walked everywhere even to Schindler's factory which was the furthest away attraction we went to in Krakow itself. Very walkable to all outside...

A disclaimer: I'm writing this review nearly a year after my husband and I stayed in this hotel, but I remember it fondly, so I thought I would contribute a review to the best of my memory. My husband and I LOVED staying here. While neither of us would truly call it a 5-star hotel (the rooms weren't as "plush"...

Grand Hotel is lovely – situated conveniently close to the main square in the old centre, very comfortable and with excellent staff – very helpful, recognised me approaching and had my key ready, no matter what or when. I arrived late, the kitchen had just closed but they brought me a really impressive hot chicken club sandwich – really tasty...

The staff were very helpful and attentive, the location of the hotel could not have been better. It is very close to the main square. It is an old hotel but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. We loved it! The staff were accommodating and friendly. Our room with its high ceilings and traditional decor was beautiful. The location could not have been better. A stones throw from the main market square in the old town. We had fantastic holiday in krakow and a big part of that...

Want to stay in a place that has history, a great location and recognizes the value of the client? This is the place. It is a throwback to an era gone-by that had you asking about the history of the things around you. We never would have thought that Krakow would be a destination, but we always wanted to tour...
