This is a tired old hotel that if changed, would spoil what it stands for. The bedroom with small lounge was clean and comfy. Cleaned every day. A few issues let it down. The shower head drooped as soon as the water was turned on which is ok if you only want to wash your feet. The water took ages...

The property is super clean , nice renovated bathrooms and the best location if you are looking of the old pat of town. only 4 stars since the bed mattresses are very hard and really need to upgrade their bedding to make it to 5 star rating. Breakfast is nice and very tasty. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking...

This hotel has a great little spot on the inside of the Old Town. It has a great selection of bars, restaurants and historic attractions all within 5/10 minutes of walking distance. Hotel staff seemed helpful although we did not engage with them a lot. Would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Krakow for a second time.

Our family of three traveled from the U.S. to Krakow. My mother-in-law was born here and we wanted to experience Poland from this city's perspective. The Pollera was centrally located to all we wanted to do. We walked to dinner, the main market square, a Chopin recital, the mall, and several history tours. The hotel sent a driver to pick...

I stayed here with a small organised group for four weekday nights. The hotel is a lovely old building, about 5 minutes walk from the main square. The most eye-catching feature as you walk in through the front door is the main stairway with the stained glass windows over. I had a single room, which I expected to like a...

Pollera Hotel is located midway between the Old Town Market Square and the train station. This was ideal since we arrived by train from Warsaw and returned there. It is a walkable distance, even with a large suitcase (on wheels.) The staff was very friendly and helpful at any hour of the day, or night. They answered all our questions...

The hotel is situated in the heart of the old town district and is only a 2 minute walk to the Main Square. The Staff are very friendly and welcoming and speak English as well as Polish. I found the Hotel very clean and tidy although it could do with a bit of a refit but this does add to...

The hotel is very central, within walking distance of attractions and shopping. The rooms were large for a triple and one of our group had a suite which was large and comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Single beds were narrow and bed linen a little worn. The stain glass windows are amazing and the whole hotel has a lovely...
