Very antique hotel- charming. Built in 1800s. Cool vibe, but has definitely seen better days. Not to say its bad; very warm cozy with multiple blankets during winter. I stayed Jan 1st. Staff was kind but not overbearingly helpful. Room had no kettle which was a huge letdown- I want to drink water without having to pay 2 euro for...

Very clean hotel, old but authentic, never went down for breakfast as it's continental and us Norn Irish like our frys. A lot of in formation at the desk on trips when you are visiting Kracow, the staff on reception could maybe be a bit more welcoming and smiley, Hello, Goodmoring, How are you ? I would definitely recommend this...

Hotel Pollera was exactly as I imagined, typically polish, room was lovely and clean and warm, as temperatures were -16. Bed lovely and comfy and staff friendly and helpful. Good location, many shops nearby, less than five minutes walk to main square...very quiet , possibly due to time of the year..would recommend... definitely go there again.

This is a tired old hotel that if changed, would spoil what it stands for. The bedroom with small lounge was clean and comfy. Cleaned every day. A few issues let it down. The shower head drooped as soon as the water was turned on which is ok if you only want to wash your feet. The water took ages...

The property is super clean , nice renovated bathrooms and the best location if you are looking of the old pat of town. only 4 stars since the bed mattresses are very hard and really need to upgrade their bedding to make it to 5 star rating. Breakfast is nice and very tasty. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking...

This hotel has a great little spot on the inside of the Old Town. It has a great selection of bars, restaurants and historic attractions all within 5/10 minutes of walking distance. Hotel staff seemed helpful although we did not engage with them a lot. Would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Krakow for a second time.

Our family of three traveled from the U.S. to Krakow. My mother-in-law was born here and we wanted to experience Poland from this city's perspective. The Pollera was centrally located to all we wanted to do. We walked to dinner, the main market square, a Chopin recital, the mall, and several history tours. The hotel sent a driver to pick...

I stayed here with a small organised group for four weekday nights. The hotel is a lovely old building, about 5 minutes walk from the main square. The most eye-catching feature as you walk in through the front door is the main stairway with the stained glass windows over. I had a single room, which I expected to like a...

The hotel can also organize visits to Autzwitz the salt mines and other sites of interest The staff are friendly, multilingual and helpful. Breakfast was good and was...
