We were lucky enough to get to stay in one of the apartments (as we were upgraded from a deluxe room) - and it was HUGE. Fridge, sofabed, two armchairs, a desk and various cabinets in the sitting room and a simply enormous bedroom. A total of six big windows, all featuring views across to Wawel Castle. It has to...

I cannot believe just how lucky we were to find this hotel. It's got all you need and it's location is close to the main market square and right by the Castle. The Staff are so helpful especially Ewelina Czermak who organised our transport both to and from the airport and all excursions. The rooms are huge and very clean...

A group of 8 of us stayed here and we had a great time. We were in the "other" side of the hotel and our room was huge with 2 double beds and plenty of room to spare. On the first night we ate in the restaurant attached to the hotel and the food was delicious and large portions despite...

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THE CAVEAT AT THE END OF THIS REVIEW! The hotel is beautiful on the outside but it is a bit run down on the inside and the rooms are not as neat and clean as they should be. Even so, it is in a great location. It is easy walking distance (less than 15 minutes)...

I spent two nights in this hotel. I know that I opted for an offer on Booking for a single ensuite room, but I found uncomfortable not having hot water in the bathroom in the early morning or had to switch the torch of my phone on to make my way in the pitch black corridor without lighting during the...

Great location, right by Wawel Castle and just a short walk up to the main square and the Jewish district of Kazimierz - an ideal location for us. This charming hotel has an 'an air of faded elegance' about it, this was a return visit and again, didn't disappoint.. Our room was comfortable, large room and very clean and warm,...

Had a standard double bedroom which was large, plenty of storage space, very comfortable bed, decor a little dated but added character. The ensuite bathroom was spacious and modern. TV & free wifi, there was a kettle but no teabags/coffee or milk so take your own if needed. Staff polite and helpful, only had breakfast there which was good. Hotel...

Regarding location, almost the best you can ask. Right by the Wawel Castle and still only a few minutes on foot to the old square. The hotel offers parking space, but it costs, if I'm not mistaken, around 60zl per day and it is not so close to the hotel's entrance anyway. We were lucky that we were there during...

This hotel was booked over the phone on recommendations from other travellers. The rooms are massive in the old section. It really does have a lot of character if a little in need of modernisation. having said that we had a lovely view over the park which was quiet and peaceful. It is massive!! We ended up walking outside to...

Hotel is in a great location, just a short stroll from the square, If you book any trips you get picked up straight outside. Breakfast normal fare - toast, eggs, cheese, yogurts, pastries, cereal, hams, juice. Rooms large but ask for one facing the gardens, otherwise a bit noisy from the trams that run till about 12.30am. Rooms could do...
