The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the main square and around a 15 minute walk from the Jewish Quarter. The location is fantastic and for our 6 day break did not feel the need to use trams or public transport at all - everything is so near. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that...

This was my third trip to Krakow and the third hotel that I'd stayed in and it was definitely save the best til last. Yes, I upgraded to a larger room that was on the inner court yard and so quiet but the hotel was a delight. The staff are wonderful, the beds comfy, the rooms spotless, as are the...

Arrived and was greeted by a doorman who escorted us to reception and later carried our luggage to a superb well furnished room. Modern, Clean and enough space in a separate walk through wardrobe. Tea/ Coffee in room, mini bar, TV , Iron and board. Everything was there could not fault the room. This was the last time a member...

My room was supposed to be single; was bumped to a double room for no extra charge; got free superfast wi-fi to boot. The buffet was absolutely fantastic; the room clean, neat and modern; the bed was the best hotel bed I've ever had. The location is great, right next to the old town. And the staff were friendly, helpful,...

We stayed here for 3 nights. We upgraded to a deluxe room - which seemed pretty basic for an upgrade. Rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon and after a full morning of sightseeing - a little snooze is necessary which meant we couldn't have our room cleaned. We also didn't get a room with a view... a very small...

On arrival great welcome from Reception staff, special mention to Robert who was very efficient and helpful to accommodate my whole family. He went above and beyond to make us feel like home by speaking our own language. The room was beautiful, sparkling clean and well maintained, thank you to the housekeeping staff to keep such level of cleanliness. Very...

Beautiful hotel, ideally located for the Old Town and Market Square. Very well appointed rooms, with tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast offering is excellent. Would highly recommend and will certainly return.

Lovely quiet hotel, excellent informative staff, good location for the main square and most importantly spotlessly clean. We ate dinner in the hotel one night and breakfast one morning. The breakfast buffet is really good with plenty of choice.

Perfect spot to stay in Krakau. Right in the heart. 10 min Walk to the old city and 20 min to the Jewish Quarter. Modern and clean rooms and what is most important: a great staff. Helpful and warmhearted service!

Wanted a hotel near the main square and while there were many this one ticked all the boxes. Reasonably priced, rooms lovely, our room was a standard double and was quite large, plenty of room to put all our luggage etc., very comfy bed with two types of pillows, complimentary bottles of water which came in handle for all the...
