It is really good located, parking for car is not for free, it's easy to find place for car around but also paying. the room is nice but no normal windows with small roof and no fridge. The breakfast it's just amazing with several choices.

I stayed here for four nights. Reception staff were really good and very welcoming. The room was a touch small but as I was on my own was fine. Very clean with complementary water. Bathroom fine with good shower pressure and temperature. Perhaps towels could have been larger and thicker. Breakfast was a standard/typical Central European buffet - nothing special...

Great location, really good value for money. Spent 4 days here. Good buffet breakfast, plenty to eat. Really helpful multi- lingual staff. Good sized and very clean rooms. The only slight grumble was poor WiFi but still useable.

Myself and a friend stayed here from Friday Night until Monday morning. From the airport we got a bus to the city and walked the 20/30 minutes to the hotel following a map. The lady on reception when we first arrived was lovely and friendly, and despite us being an hour early for check in, our room was ready. The...

We had 4 nights in total here and were very happy with location, service by staff and the hotel in general. Rooms are a nice size, bed very comfortable and bathroom was fairly large. Very easy walking distance to the old town. Definitely stay here if we return to Krakow

This is a spotlessly clean hotel. Our room was on the 5th floor, so it was under the eaves. I prefer rooms with real windows, but we booked late. The bed was comfortable, there was a good TV and a large, well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast buffet was in the basement, so again, no windows, if that matters to you. There...

This hotel is great for the money. The rooms are comfortable, cosy and clean. There is a safe for your valuable belongings and the bathroom is nice with power shower. Nice long mirror in the room, unfortunately there was no plug socket near by but there is one in the bathroom for the hairdryer. Like most places on holiday there...

The hotel is positioned nearby city center in the old residential quarter. Problematic is car parking. You have to park it on the other side of the street at charged private parking because parking outside is "not recommended." The street is quite noisy due to old trams and has traffic. Breakfast normal. Rooms clean but strange disposition.Especially under roof.

Superb location,10 to 15 minutes walk to the main square set in the Jewish Quarter. The rooms are clean, comfortable, cozy with a lovely shower room. A safe is also provided. The breakfast has an ample choice, from cereal, fruit, cold cuts, ( don't expect a full English breakfast) coffee and a wide range of tea. The staff are friendly and helpful,...
