Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nice hotel located equal distance between Kazimierz and Old Town center. On short side street so no noise in the room. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and crisp white sheets. Bathroom really nice but shower was great. Easy to use and nice warm flow. Because it is located next to Banksy Museum cabs and Bolt rides easy to get. Felt totally safe walking around.

What a fantastic few days in this lovely city! This hotel was superb, clean, stylish, welcoming and very friendly staff, and situated in the perfect location for exploring the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. Room was spacious and beds comfortable, ensuite was well appointed (huge walk-in shower cubicle) and quiet. Ate one night in restaurant, food was stylish and well presented. Breakfast was excellent every morning, good choices for all. Happy hour between 4pm and 6pm in bar, very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again, no brainer.

Absolutely brilliant hotel in a great location. The welcome was great. The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable and well sized. Good storage. Mini bar and safe in room. The bar was very modern and drinks were very good, bar staff very polite and helpful. Price for stay through Easy Jet was great and I would definitely stay here again when returning. The location was great to be able to be picked up by the tour operators of experiences and also to walk 10 minutes to the old town and on the doorstep of the Jewish quarter which has some great bars and restaurants. Not far to walk to the bridges either and over to the mound on the other side.of the river. Excellent place to stay and room service food was both delicious and well priced.

Don't judge this hotel by the street because the Hotel is beautiful inside . The rooms are fantastic we got a free upgrade when we checked in . Hotel is spotless and beautifully furnished as was our room , the room was spacious and the most comfortable bed I slept on the toilet is also big with a lovely shower. Tea and coffee station always well stocked as was the bar in the fridge . Free bottled water every day is a lovely touch. The staff are friendly and can't do enough for you . I would highly recommend this hotel while visiting Krakow it's ideally located and it's also close to the train station if you were travelling from the airport, there is also a supermarket across from the hotel so handy for snacks etc.

This Hotel is fantastic. Upgraded to a standard suite and was amazed at the size of the room. Bed extremely comfortable and mini bar was reasonable prices which we did indulge in. The bathroom floor felt like it was heated when using. The Hotel is perfectly situated in a side street and is on,y about a 5-10 minute walk to the main square. You pass Moo Moos restaurant if you turn left and a lovely Chinese if you turn right. Food and drinks in the bar are great quality and a good selection of cocktails.

First trip to Poland and picked this hotel because of the reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Modern, clean and spacious room with 2 comfortable double beds. Large bathroom. The food in the hotel was delicious, a few more vegetarian options would have been nice though. Very friendly staff who were not only helpful but spoke good English.

This is an exceptional hotel because of its location, the standard in general but most relevant, the staff who were first class throughout the stay. We went to Krakow with two friends, and I had booked 2 x junior suites. On check-in, we had an issue in that the hotel only had a record of one junior suite and one classic room. I informed them of the error, and they could not have been more accommodating. They actually upgraded one of the rooms to the best room in the hotel, which came complete with 2 x bathrooms, a dining room area, a living room area, and a huge bedroom it was special. On top of that, as an apology because of the mix up, they provided a handwritten apology along with a free bottle of processo that arrived 10 minutes after getting in the room. Excellent customer service. The hotel itself is clean with good communal areas, the bar and restaurant are really nice, breakfast was really good and happy hour each day is a good start before heading out for the evening. The hotel is located about a 10-15 minute walk to the old town but is right on the edge of the Jewish quarter which we actually preferred because we felt the bars and restaurants were better in the Jewish quarter. Really can't fault the hotel at all and as said at the start the staff were the difference, always smiling, always greeted you and made you feel really welcome
