My mother and I stayed at the Metropolitan for three nights and loved it! It's in a great location - you're able to walk to the Old Town in one direction and the Jewish Quarter in the other direction, so there's plenty to do nearby. The staff at reception were very helpful and you can book all of your tours...

The hotel staff were helpful, courteous, friendly, and professional. The food was ample and very good. The hotel was convenient to old town as well as the jewish quarter. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

What an amazing hotel excellent value for money. The staff were first class from the minute we arrived to when we left. I would give the hotel ten out of ten in every department. We will stay there again and I would like to say some of the alleged four star hotels in the UK could learn a lot from...

We were a party of 10 friends who meet up once a year primarily for a football trip somewhere in Europe, this year we gave the football a miss & decided to visit Krakow. We chose the Metropolitan hotel due to its location near to the old Jewish quarter & we weren't disappointed. The rooms were immaculate & the staff...

We visited krakow for our wedding anniversary and stayed here. It is a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. The breakfasts were excellent. The room spacious and clean. Perfect location, just a short walk into the Jewish quarter or old town. We will be back !!!

My wife and I stayed in the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel when we visited Krakow. It is unusual when we find a hotel that excels in all areas, but we believe the Metropolitan does. We ate breakfast and several dinners at the hotel. The food and service were first rate. We walked the short distance several times to the heart of...

Two couples visited and stayed in junior suites which were excellent value as we stayed for a week and the extra space was very welcome. I would come back here in a flask. Could not fault a single aspect of the hotel or staff.

We stayed in a suite on the forth floor and it was superb. If anything it was too big for two people. Large living room, two bathrooms, kitchenette, and a bedroom. Breakfast was ok. Service was good. We also stayed at the Sheraton and the Metropolitan was much better in every way (except breakfast). I would give it 5 stars...

Visited Krakow as a couple for a city break, booked this hotel after reading reviews on this website. Was not disappointed! All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even took our luggage up to our room while we were checking in. The room was large with a lovely bathroom adjoining (Very powerful shower!). Sadly, as is common in hotels,...
