Far exceeds its 3 stars and fabulous value for money, really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful city and would recommend this hotel to anyone planning...

excellent hotel with extremely helpful staff who organized our trip to Auschwitz and Schindler's Museum .Prompt pick up from airport was also arranged via this hotel. I cannot fault this hotel for cleanliness and the willingness of the staff and would recommend it to anyone visiting Poland. It is ideally located and has a comfy bar and coffee lounge downstairs....

We stayed at Hotel Jan for 2 nights. We reached very early in the morning and a big thank you to the front desk lady for helping us with an early check-in. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean, bed was comfortable but a little squeaky. The shower area in the bathroom was a little small. The breakfast spread was...
