I have just returned from a trip to the Alexander Hotel we were a group of 6, 2 adults and 4 teenagers. We booked our trip through escap2poland with bed and breakfast, trips to auschwitz and transfers. The hotel is basic but very clean, the rooms have fridges with some drinks in but enough room to keep any refreshments bought...

Hotel well situated, with a 10-15 walk to town square. Very comfortable bed in a well appointed room. Great range of food for breakfast, with something to suit everyone's taste. Looking forward to a return visit.

The hotel is in an excellent location being approximately 600 metres from the old square. Rooms are quite basic but are comfortable and clean and are adequate for a short stay. The breakfast room is on the lower ground floor and provides a continental style array of food which is fine. The main criticism of the hotel is the total...

Stayed here for 4 nights in January. Hotel clean and basic, beds comfy though. Just a short walk to the main square. Breakfast was adequate. Only downfall to this hotel is there is no bar, which would have been nice to have a wee drink before bed

Stayed here for 3 nights in January 2017. The location is good as the hotel is a few minutes walk from the main square and about 15 minute walk from the main shopping centre galleria krakowska. Rooms were clean, beds cosy and cleaned everyday. Small sign in bathroom by sink saying towels wont be changed unless put in sink or...

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights 16 to 20 Jan 2017. Perfect location for visiting. Rooms are basic as is breakfast. Staff at reception are very helpful with any info' required. A school tour stayed for the last night and were very noisy otherwise a nice basic hotel.

Fab place to stay . The room was spacious & beds were comfortable. It didn't look very nice from outside but looks were deceiving. It was within a 10 min stroll to main square & the staff were lovely . They gave us some good recommendations

Great location and a good all rounder for location, amenities and access to transport and tourist hot spots. Great staff, speaking impeccable English. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Good wifi access. We also booked excursions to the salt mine and Auschwitz via reception. Definitely recommend this hotel!

I stayed here for a three night "Christmas" break - on my own (as my wife did not wish to risk ice and snow). Ideally placed around twenty minutes from the airport - but less than a ten minute walk from Krakow's Main Market Square. Most tour operators will collect you from and return you to this central hotel. Staff...
