A great place to stay when in krakow, right in the centre of town just off the central square in old town. The breakfast is very good with a selection of breakfast choices. The room was resonably spacious and very clean. Recommend for a cost effective stay in krakow.

We booked an apartment for 9 and a double room. The apartment was filthy with blood on one of the walls, the toilet brush was full of excrement. The tap on the bath was faulty and pains of glass missing out of the doors. No electric sockets worked in the bedrooms. The walls were dirty and the whole place needed...

the location was excellent, near the main tourist attraction, and plenty restaurants nearby including the one in the hotel itself. we were a little bit disappointed that we didn't get the room as we saw in the website. and we were placed in the attic with no view except to the sky.

Reading the reviews for this place (after staying there) it would seem that the building you are placed in determines how good or not your stay is. We, 7 girls, had an apartment in the main building, on the third floor, up a wide 'normal' set of stairs. Although the stairs got the heart pumping, the apartment itself was fine...

We have just arrived back from a four-night stay at the B&B La Fontaine and had a great time. We stayed in apartment one (a double comfort room), which was clean, warm and perfectly suited to the price we paid (£158 for the entire stay). The room was basic, but it was just what we needed for a comfortable base....

I stayed here in November with my daughter. The location is amazing, right on the corner of the square. Yes there are a lot of stairs but worth it to be at this location. Reception staff were very helpful. Room was fine and very warm and communal are clean and welcoming. We had a delicious evening meal at the restaurant below.

Very central, about a 20 second walk to the main square which is where you want to be. We only saw the staff when we booked in, who were friendly enough and gave us some info on the area. Rooms were clean and tidy and in one way was nice that we were never bothered. Being honest, the only down...
