We have just arrived back from a four-night stay at the B&B La Fontaine and had a great time. We stayed in apartment one (a double comfort room), which was clean, warm and perfectly suited to the price we paid (£158 for the entire stay). The room was basic, but it was just what we needed for a comfortable base.... More

I stayed here in November with my daughter. The location is amazing, right on the corner of the square. Yes there are a lot of stairs but worth it to be at this location. Reception staff were very helpful. Room was fine and very warm and communal are clean and welcoming. We had a delicious evening meal at the restaurant below.

Very central, about a 20 second walk to the main square which is where you want to be. We only saw the staff when we booked in, who were friendly enough and gave us some info on the area. Rooms were clean and tidy and in one way was nice that we were never bothered. Being honest, the only down... More

Location is excellent. The staff were really friendly & helpful. Yes there are steps but that is the norm in Krakow . The building is very old which only adds to the charm. Room was more than adequate, comfortable, clean and cosy warm. Everything you require is provided e.g. kettle, fridge, microwave, hairdryer & a safe. When on a city... More

The location of this establishment is perfect for exploring the old town of Krakow, but this is actually the only positive assessment I can give about this place. The rooms are very basic and the breakfast is really poor compared with what you can get from every other cafe in the same block. There is no air conditioning and the... More

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was more than we expected. The location of the hotel was amazing, so close to everything you would need. The only thing I wouldn't do is book trips via the hotel as they seemed to be around 100PLN more than booking them in the local tours office just around... More

My friends and I stayed here. We rented a 3 bedroom and two 4 bedrooms. The duplex is huge! All the rooms were fine for our needs. We didn't spend much time in the rooms. The wifi works really well. The location is awesome! The only drawback would be there is no elevator (the rooms are few flights up) and... More

I stayed at this hotel as part of a Stag Do for 2 nights over the weekend. The is a good hotel but NO use if you are disabled or have difficulties in mobility. There are a lot of stairs and no lift, so please bear this in mind when you book. My group were all quite fit, and this... More
