We stayed here for 3 nights for a short break. I cannot praise the hotel or staff enough. Friendly staff, spotless room, we had a meal in the Pesto restaurant within the hotel I would highly recommend it for both excellent food and service. We will stay here again.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The room was quite small, but clean which I think is the most important thing. However, we booked a room with twin bed and came up with two single beds endways. I've never seen this way of placement before. It was quite a disappointment. The hotel is close to the centre, but not in... More

Bang in the middle of Kazimierz this is a great little hotel for not very much money at all. Spic & span through with helpful friendly staff. The hotel itself doesn't do breakfast but has an arrangement with Hotel Astoria which is 2/3 minutes on foot away. This is NOT an inconvenience at all. For only 15PLN you'll get an... More

We stayed in this hotel in July for one week. We booked it though booking.com and we paid the day before leaving Cracow. Small hotel with two rooms on each floor, with no elevator. For breakfast they use another hotel nearby. Landlord was very kind. Hotel placed in Jewish quarter 20 minutes by foot from the historical center. Jewish quarter... More

The room was nice, clean and big. But, first day: The light didn't work, and we told the reseption. Nothing happen for 3 days. Every day they said it was fixed. But we still woke up in the dark. We lived in room Nr.1, next to the reception. We could hear every sound and every person checking in and out... More

I stayed at this hotel during my trip in Kraków and first impressions were okay friendly staff nice service but when I entered my room there's was no Air conditioning unit like advertised but only a tower fan which blew air out that wasn't even cold! I couldn't open the window because it was looking over a courtyard where it... More

We booked the room one day before our arrival and we were very lucky with the price (about 55 EUR). We called the reception before we arrived and ask if the earlier check-in (before 2 p.m.) was possible. After sometime the lady phoned us back and informed the room was prepeared (it was about 12 a.m.). The room and the... More

Overall I had a nice experience staying for two nights in this cosy hotel in kazimierz. Clean, well managed at reception, stylish, good smell everywhere, perfectly positioned in a calm street just around the corner of a busy district. All services working fine and my rating is surely high. However I don't leave the top marks for a few aspects... More

The hotel is located in the center of Kazimierz, the Jewish quarter, near the most important synagogues. The room was small but clean and with all the comforts (free wi-fi, tea, hairdryer, ...)... if you need to stay in Krakow only for few days is a good choice (the price is very good for being in the center of the... It is an old hotel and very unassuming, but clean and the room we were shown was fairly large with a big bed. No parking except for street parking (if you are lucky). A very vibrant area, walking distance from the Wawel Castle and old town. The problem is that, when I booked, I specifically stated that my son was... More
