On the one hand the staff wasn't very friendly. Every day I told to the receptionist goodmorning and he never told me back. But on the other hand the room was clean and big enought with nice view to a church. The breakfast was more than ok, full of location food. I love the

Perfect location for a tourist; between the old town and the big shopping centre / railway & bus station. Only a couple of minutes to walk either way! The room as well as the breakfast are worth of the price. Only minus is wifi that never worked during our 5 day stay!

This hotel is just outside the city walls, a 5 minute walk from the central Market Square in Krakow and close to many attractions and the railways station. Restaurants are close by (the hotel restaurant wasn't open when we were there). Breakfasts were good, a selection of hot

Glowny is the main station. If you arrive at Krakow airport there is a direct train into Glowny, and from there, you can get out through the shopping mall and you will reach Matejko in less than 10 minutes on foot.

Hi, the hotel has lift, so you don't have to worry if you have a heavy or big luggage.

No that is the only down side to this hotel, but lots of cafe's and bars close by, and I'm sure if you ask the hotel they will be obliging.

Hi. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the town square, about 10 to 15 bminutes past the Barbican and along Florianska street. The hotel is located just on the other side of the main road which surrounds the old city and the "park" around the old walls known as the Planty. It is also very close to the new shopping Mall called "Galeria Krakow". We have been to the Auschwitz/Birkenau site, To be honest, we were so upset by it that we only managed to do the morning visit around the old army baracks which was the original camp. It is a museum and memorial, but it is not a fun day out, so be prepared for the emotions that you will experience when you see the "exhibits" and realise just what happened there. You might find a trip to the Wieliczka salt mines much more rewarding and enjoyable.

"we stayed in 303, 3rd floor on the front over looking the square"
"we have booked 3 double rooms and apparently our room was the smallest so I believe most rooms are bigger than Room no 202"
"Choose a room with a street view"
"Try to get a room as far away from the church as possible."
"If you like having the window open you may prefer rooms at the back or opening west onto Place Jana Matejki as it is a much quieter street."
