Just returned from 4 nights here with my partner. Initially we started to worry as it looks like a run down dive in a run down area. The outside and street is typical soviet-esque run down area with littered eateries and shops. We rung the bell and got answered by one of the staff who were lovely and friendly. We left our luggage down stairs and walked upstairs to the main reception area. We were served tea and fresh cookies and cake which were amazing especially the cookies wow.

I had booked the wrong studio which I was irratated about, but that was my fault. We got directions to the studio which was about 20 doors away. We struggled to find it but got it in the end. The directions were clear, just bad map reading. I think having someone to show us would have been better as it was literally two minutes away.

The apartments itself is small, but very chic and modern and it has everything you want from towels to plug adapters. You literally do not need to bring anything apart from clothes. All cooking facilities. We did not use these as the food in Krakow is so cheap we ate out every meal. Excellent shower area too and a ton of TV channels.

They leave a bowl of fudge which is a nice touch. They also sort out a taxi to and from airport along with trips and excursions. Breakfast is included but we only used once. Cold meats, breads cake etc. Nice hot tea and coffee.

10 minutes from main square with tons of bars cafes shops in between.

We are coming back but to the right apartment next time haha. We would highly recommend this hotel and will see you in November thank you.

Dear Guest, Oh, what a adventure. Every time, if we can leave the reception deck, we show where the Studio is, how to open the door, how to adjust temperature inside etc. When you arrived I wasn't able to do it by myself, I am so sorry. We are happy that you found your stay enjoyable and comfortable. It was a pleasure to host you at our place. See you in November (contact us directly and take advantage of your discount). I stayed here with three family members from 14th until 18th Dec last year. My nieces and nephew shared a very large and comfortable triple room with spacious shower, and a smart fully equipped kitchen. I had a very large double en-suite room on the same level as reception. The appts are split over 3 levels in a tastefully restored baroque-style building, on a very quiet side street which adjoins a Main Street which takes you directly to the main square. The city centre is a casual 10 minute amble away.
Staff at reception are both incredibly charming, helpful and informative. We e-mailed them before our arrival and they happily organised a very good and cheap airport transfer, as well as trips to Auschwitz and the famous salt mines.
Breakfast is served around a large table in a roomy breakfast area , and includes good quality fruit and yoghurt, breads, cheeses and cold cuts of meat.
They also serve incredibly good coffee!
A nice touch is the chiller in the dining room, available 24 hours a day, and is stocked with very good wines for guests to purchase.
Huge and comfortable beds. Superb strong showers and toiletries.
Great place to stay!

From the minute we walked in to the goodbye it was delightful. Maria who greeted us was a wealth of knowledge about places to eat and visit. She wasn't wrong we had some super food in local restaurants at prices that were more than reasonable from £4 to £20 PH including decent wine! . The rooms are spotless and have everything you could desire. It's refreshing to have access to beverages whenever required including biscuits and free of charge. The breakfast was supplied each morning by Groba (I'm so sorry I know that is wrong it's a disgrace as she made our day. Beautiful smile, genuine interest and so helpful) provided a variety of fayre to suit every palette, nothing was too much trouble. She even provided an adapter as we'd forgotten ours. We would stay again in a breath. Thank you so much.

We had a great time in Krakau en especially enjoyed out stay in Cracow Days. The manager, Gosha is absolutely lovely. Frendly, helpful and shared a lot of local knowledge about the city. This really made our stay a bit more interesting. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre, along a street filled with bakeries and eateries, as well as interesting sites along the route. It's in a quiet side street, so the bustle of the city is not evident and makes for a really peaceful location, perfect for rest. The breakfast is great, fresh and varied and everyday Gosha prepared delicious eggs for us. Spotlessly clean and nice big rooms, everyday sweet snacks in the kitchen area for guests to enjoy.
The start to our holiday was a bit challenging due to an 8 hour plane delay, so I was concerned about the check in but I needn't have worried, Magda and Gosha had it under control. Very clear and informative communicaton about our arrival. Eventually arriving at 11pm+ we were collected by a taxi, taken straight to the hotel and the driver who had the hotel keys let us into our room and explained the keys system. There was even a delicious glass of local tipple to welcome us.
I was very impressed with this hotel, with the staff, with the ambiance, the old Polish building which housed a modern hotel and the location was perfect.

We enjoyed a spacious, comfortable and clean room with a varied and delicious breakfast which included hot food cooked to order. There was a kitchen and dining area to use with a coffee machine and various teas. The location is excellent, a short walk from the old square and with a tram stop round the corner. Magda and Gosha were perfect hosts and gave us everything we needed. Would recommend this as a great place to stay whilst exploring the delights of Krakow.

Stayed at the cracowdays apartments in March , I was a bit hesitant as I normally stay in hotels, I can only say they were absolutely superb , we had a three bedded room which was very comfortable and spacious for us , the bathroom was well equipped and we had a shared kitchen which was an added bonus.
The staff are absolutely amazing and there for your every need.
The breakfast provided is good quality and caters for all tastes, they even made us tea in the mornings.
Look forward to visiting again.

From start to finish our stay in Cracowdays was amazing. Gosha was a perfect host and gave us the warmest welcome. We had fresh breakfast served every morning by Gosha in the modern kitchen (Ask for scrambled eggs they were lovely) We stayed in one of the superior double rooms and it was immaculate and tidy. Beds were super comfortable, hairdryer and shower gel provided. Hairdryer broke after a couple of days and was replaced straight away no fuss. Aparthotel sits on a quiet road about 10 min walk from the main square - everything is walking distance. Gosha even supplied us with an umbrella for a rainy day! So pleased this was our first experience in an Aparthotel.

We spent 4 lovely nights in CracowDays. The experience was immaculate. CracowDays is ideally located: on a quiet street just a few steps from a tram stop and it takes only 5-10 minutes of walking to the very heart of Krakow.
The rooms are really cosy and comfortable. Breakfast is served in a nice room where you can chat with other guests and the personnel. Breakfast is delicious with lots of varieties. You can even get warm dishes prepared to your taste.
But above all, the best thing about CracowDays are the people hosting you. Magdalena was so welcoming and friendly, always smiling and ready to help, whatever you need. She really made us feel like friends and guests, not customers. And when Magdalena was having her well-deserved days off, we were hosted by Gosha, a very friendly and warm lady.
So, if you are planning a trip to Krakow and looking for a home-like accommodation, don’t hesitate to choose CracowDays!

Me and my wife have stayed in many places, in many countries, but Cracowdays was something beyond our expectations!
We stayed for 6 days. The location of the place, the way the personnel treated us, the breakfast, the fact that the room was amazingly clean -and kept getting cleaned while we were staying there- , words aren't enough to describe our experience!

First of all, the breakfast. The breakfast was amazing, even for vegeterians such as ourselves. Many, MANY options, in such a beautiful kitchen! There was a low-playing music and the whole atmosphere of our breakfast was wonderful. Gosha was so kind and so helpful!! And one of the many things that made us love Cracowdays, was the availability of coffee and tea in the kitchen all day long!! I mean, wow!

The room was so, SO beautiful and clean! Unique and vintage decoration, with an amazing view outside and even the windows were decorated for Christmas! It was so cosy and honestly, we were so sad to leave it! There was heating available, so the room was always warm and we didn't feel at any moment that we were cold.

Regarding the management of our booking, our arrival and our stay, everyone and everything was well organized. We got instant and kind replies to our questions during our booking process, with the help of Cracowdays we arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and we got everything we needed during our stay.

If you're travelling to Krakow, don't even bother searching for where to stay. We've done A LOT of research before finally booking in Cracowdays and after our stay there, I can reassure you that THIS is the place you're looking for!!!

Once again, words can't describe how grateful we are for our stay in Cracowdays!

Thank you everyone so much for this memorable and wonderful experience!!

P.s. The attached photo is the view we had while lying in our bed. To this day, 1 month after our trip, we're still longing for this view!
