We asked what we should do for our only night out and the receptionist suggested we go on the krakow crawl pubcrawl. When we got there there was a pretty uninspired guide waiting with a flag. We stuck with it because we'd already paid for tickets. Total dissappointment. I wish the receptionists would actually go on this thing to check...

I very much enjoyed my relatively short stay in the hostel. The staff was very kind, helpfull and cool! The beds were comfy and the kitchen was a good place to hang out with coffee in the morning, and I had a nice beer tasting evening on day one with fellow guests! Good atmosphere! Free breakfast, very nice!

This hostel was dirty, disorganised, staff were rude and the worst hostel experience I have had in Europe. I stayed one night in this hostel. Bathrooms were in a really bad state and there weren't enough for how many people were staying. Guests had visitors in shared dormitory room making noise and having intimate moments for all to hear and...

We've been touring Europe for a few weeks and have stayed in hostels in a variety of sizes, styles and prices, and Orange was our favourite by far. It's small enough to feel personal and homely, and it made it very easy to talk to people and make friends and the staff knew you by sight. This also helped it...

The location of the hostel is excellent, about a 5 minute walk to both the Main Square and the Jewish Quarter. The hostel could definitely do with improving their signs however, apart from one small sign on the front door, it is very difficult to understand where you are to go, the hostel is on the 4th floor which is...

I stayed at Orange Hostel in Kraków for four nights, the beds were very comfortable compared to other hostels and the toilets/showers were very clean! I stayed in a 12 bed mixed dorm which was perfect apart from the loud guests coming and going in the middle of the night. The staff were super friendly and helped with organising a...

We had nice stay with our big Erasmus group in hostel in December. Good location, castle just round the corner, 10mins walking. The hostel is big, clean, two common rooms, one kitchen, showers in the rooms - dorm rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great time in Krakow. Thank you:)

MAGDA is losing this great hostel money. After staying one night the booking I made for a second night through hostelworld was not honoured. Magda lied and said she just had a group booking. Magda told the same lie to the girl in my room who booked by phone and we were the only 2 people in a large dorm.
