Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I got to the reception and ask to speak with the reception in a private place regarding some issues in the bed. The receptionist promptly informed that they would refund me and got me a paper to signed in order to get the refund… imagine my surprise when I read it that I would not post any negative comments on the “stay” in order to get the refund.

Stayed here with my sister for five nights. Was a great, social and comfortable experience. We felt very safe and loved the free breakfast and dinner. They have a good curfew policy, which means that common areas are closed after ten, to allow people to rest. But if you wanted to go and party, they run party activities that they take you out for around then - so the best of both worlds! They offer free breakfast and dinner, which were very delicious! They provide vegan/veggie options on request - staff need education about what vegan means as they did serve me dairy on my first night which left me with bad stomach reaction as I’m lactose intolerant.

Located right across from Krakow Glowny (train station), it's perfectly centered for all your Krakow exploring. Very small, comfy hostel with friendly staff. Hostel is well maintained and food is prepared by staff. Had very good meals and met lots of interesting people as we shared meals together. Rooms look slightly old-fashioned, but are generally clean as well as their bathrooms. Wi-Fi is a bit shoddy, but works overall.

Lovely hostel! Me and a friend stopped off here on our inter railing trip around Europe and treated ourselves to a private room that was absolutely amazing!! All facilities were clean and staff were nothing but helpful. Breakfast and dinner where also included and I have never seen a hostel with such good food. Social aspect was very nice and chill so would recommend maybe booking Greg & Tom party hostel if your looking for more of a party scene.

The hostel is located pretty much in the centre of Krakow (15 min walk to the station, 10-minute walk to the old town, 25 min walk to the Jewish Quarter). Offer plenty of excursions from the hostel too. Breakfast and dinner are both included in the price, now usually when I see this, I don't get my hopes up for it that great, but I can honestly say they offered the best breakfast and dinner I've ever had at a hostel. The basics were met to a high standard eg. cleanliness, personal storage space, comfort etc... If you want a quiet stay this is the hostel for you but we visited one of their party hostels on a pub crawl and yeah if that's the vibe you're going for it seemed like it was equally as good while offering a completely different experience. Highly recommend Greg&Tom Hostels wherever they may be.

I just started solo-travelling and Greg&Tom is the first hostel I've stayed at. It was great! I got to know many amazing people and I had an awesome time in Krakow. The food was (surprisingly for the price) very good and wasn't "cheap" at all. If you are looking for a stay in Krakow, then this is your place to be! :)

Everything about this hostel was superb from the moment I arrived. I came to Krakow in an overnight bus from Budapest and I got to the hostel around 7am. The girl at the reception was very friendly and let me leave my bags and come back later as check in isn't until the afternoon. She even let me have a shower then and there which I thought was super nice. All the staff are like this, really friendly and helpful. The place is very clean, you meet some cool people and the hostel itself is really good value. One of the best aspects of the place are the free breakfasts and dinners, which was an unexpected but great surprise! They also very kindly gave us lots of shots and wine for free as well which is great fun when everyone sits together in the common room in the evening. Overall, if you are going to stay in Krakow you must stay here. Highly recommended!

My friend and me were hosted there for a few days and we were surprised for good how clean was everything and also the location was super near the main street of the city. On the other hand I just wanted say I really like the free dinner and free breakfast coz there are too many vegetarian options and I really like it coz sometimes it's not much easier get vegetarian stuff in hostels also the crew were super nice and they asked us every question we had. Just I wanted to say I highly recommend hosting in this hostel because we really have a lovely time

Best hostel I've stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot! The staff are really friendly and helpful with booking tours or information on what to do in Krakow. There is free breakfast and dinner every day, really great food. Also free drink in the common room every evening! This is a great hostel for solo travellers who want to meet others, I met lots of people here and had a great time, I will be back again.
