We stayed here recently for a short break and found the room to be very small however when we complained the extremely nice girl on reception changed us to a bigger room. The hotel was warm and cozy and breakfast continental was superb. Excellent value for money and a twenty minute walk to town centre.

Staff were helpful and friendly, from helping us with some polish phrases to allowing us to store our luggage once we had checked out. 15 min walk from Old Town but 40 mins from Jewish Quarter where a lot of...

This hotel is cosy and only 15 minutes walk from the centre. The staff are nice, easy-going and knowledgable about the city centre, and the rooms are decent - not luxurious and large, but clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for 3 nights in October, was good location only 20 min walk from main square. Room was big enough as we got a triple. We did have a few issues with housekeeping, as beds hadn't been made and also no towels left. We also never got fresh glasses for drinks and fridge didn't work great. Also there...

We chose this hotel mainly based on the tours it offered (salt mine & Auschwitz) and the fact breakfast was included. Everything else we discovered was a bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended a nearby restaurant that served traditional Polish food that we just loved. The hotel is a bit out of the way and about...

The bathroom was lovely and fully equipped with hairdryer and toiletries. The hotel is located about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the northern end of the old town.
