We just spent 3 nights at the Royal Suite. The room takes you back to the 18th century with its furniture, a historic ceiling dating back to 1688, a modern 5 fixture bathroom with a tub and a shower.
The service was impeccable.
The restaurant is on the Michelin recommended list.
The location is phenomenal just outside the castle, footsteps from Europe's biggest market square etc. etc.
A dream...

What an amazing find this was. We stayed in the suite on the top floor which was luxurious and spacious , and what the have done with the space on the roof terrace is just fantastic, a jacuzzi with a view of the castle !

We were served breakfast on our dining table in the room everyday and on our departure day we had to leave before breakfast started , but they opened an hour earlier for us. Service throughout the duration was top notch.

Location is perfect , down a quiet road and within walking distance of the main square, Castle and the river. Would not hesitate to book again.

I almost hate to write a review as they might be booked next time! I reserved only one night but extended my stay as the place was so awesome. What a great little secret. There are three suites above the restaurant on the first floor. Not a hotel in the traditional sense but amazing. I stayed in the prince suite. It felt like I stepped back in time 200 years…except with an amazing bathroom and electricity! The staff from the restaurant takes care of you. Breakfast can be served in the room or in the restaurant. It’s also only steps from the palace. I don’t think you’ll find any place as beautiful and unique as this!

only 3 rooms and each is exquisite! we stayed on top floor Emperor's suite. It had rooftop access and a private jacuzzi. Very modern.
The lower level Royal Suite is a mindblower. You will imagine yourself as royalty lived in the 1700s. the artwork and furnishings amazing!
Michal the general manager, makes sure everything runs smoothly and anticipates your every whim. One night we has extraordinary violinist come to our room during dinner!
The restaurant is world class and also makes delightful breakfast of your choosing.
The location is next to castle and a block from Vistula river and great running.
we loved and will be back

Incredible hotel with the highest standards and probably the best and most exclusive residence in Krakow. Only four rooms, so our room was basically the whole floor. Complimentary wine and whskey in carafes is a very nice touch. Carafes of juice for my daughters. Breakfast was truly made to measure. Incredible experience.

Spent 2 nights in the deluxe apartment on the second floor . It was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in - really fabulous interior of a very high standard , a huge comfortable bed , and enormous bathroom and a very large sitting area .There were 3 tv's , expresso machine and kettle , fruit bowl . fresh flowers , ample toiletries , as well as high tech radio system and lighting system ( it did take us a while to master these but we're not very tech savvy ). The downstairs restaurant , Pod Nosum , served an excellent and very generous breakfast included in the price . We also ate here one evening and the meal was very good with friendly and professional service. The location was great , on a very quiet pedestrianised street just across from the castle , with the main square of the old town being a short stroll away . As there are only 3 apartments there is no reception desk as in most standard hotels , however we were checked in by George , a friendly and efficient manager , who was also about each morning , and who was on call 24hrs should you have any problems . A perfect place for a romantic stay in Krakow .

I stayed in the Duke suite (2nd floor) at Kanonicza 22 last weekend while on a short break in Krakow. Not only was the room as luxurious as described in other reviews but the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. The location is quiet and a short walk to the square (<10 minutes) and a very short walk to the Wawel Castle (<5 minutes) which can be viewed from the windows of the immaculately serviced restaurant downstairs. The food at the restaurant was excellent. I have had occasion to stay at most of the other 5 star hotels in Krakow and this hotel is going on my list as one of my favorite places to stay in Krakow - I would not hesitate to recommend it to others - thank you to George and staff!

I concur wholeheartedly with every review for these incredible apartments. We returned from Krakow a fortnight ago having spent a couple of nights in one of these utterly gorgeous, decadent and luxurious apartments. Nothing was too much trouble for Pawel and his team. Pod Nosem the restaurant is equally delicious and make a trip to the tiny cellar for a night cap, I challenge you to be able to leave, it's heavenly!

Hello, My recollection is that there was an array of complimentary drinks laid out on a console in the room. It isn't the kind of place that has nuts and chocolate, etc. It is more like staying in a stately home. Very classy.
