The rooms were well above what I would expect from a 3 star hotel, the interior design was very smart. The food was not to my taste but I can appreciate that it was just different to what I am used to. Of the 10 rooms, some were not cleaned very well but overall a very impressive hotel.

For the money it is a very good Hotel. Very central near to station train and bus. Train runs direct from airport to centre of Krackow. Clean and warm, very comfortable. The breakfast was far better than I expected with an excellent choice. The only thing that disturbed us a little was the sound of trains during the night, the railway...

The location was perfect for a solo traveler. It was about a 20 minute walk to every place I wanted to visit. My room was clean and quiet...except for the times that the class of young teenage children, who were staying at the hotel with their teachers, went running and yelling up and down the stairs and in the halls....

So I visited Krakow last winter, and stayed here 5 night with my brother. We chose this place because of its location, its close proximity to the main square, this place was literally a 15 minute walk away from most anywhere we wanted to go. The complementary breakfast exceeded our expectations, we were grateful for the water coolers available in...

Before travelling we arranged for the manager to organise a taxi to collect us from the airport which went smoothly and was very reasonably priced. The hotel was situated in a brilliant location with a 5 minute walk in to the heart of the old town. During our stay the staff continued to be exceptionally helpful and were always happy...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during our stay in Poland. The rooms were big, with air con facilities. The staff were average not overly friendly but did the job. The rooms got cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided every day. The breakfast was quite limited I found but I did find something to have every morning. The...

This hotel is well placed for exploring Krakow, only a few hundred yards from the main railway station, there is a bit of noise from the railway line which runs along side, but the trains don't seem to run during the night. The breakfast buffet is very well provided , and for about 80p you can pack from the buffet...

We stayed at the Hotel Alexander II for four nights in mid-August. Location-wise, the hotel is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, around 10/15 minutes walk away from the Main Square. The Hotel has excellent tram connections less than 5 minutes walk away for those venturing further away from the city centre. The main train station and a...
