A budget hotel close to city centre. Krakow is a lovely place to visit, exceptionally clean and tidy. Eating out and drinking is cheap and a good standard coupled with very friendly people. Auschwitz is a must but very harrowing.

I agree with the other answers . The airport is around thirty minutes by taxi but is not expensive.

Is there a kettle in the room.
Yes. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Probably best to bring your own preferred tea-bags. If you prefer fresh milk to UHT, there are convenience stores near the hotel and there is a little fridge in the room.
