I purchased this weekend away on wowcher for my husbands birthday and I can honestly say it was one of the best buys ever. Other than been diverted to a different airport due to weather conditions, it was a fab weekend. The apartments we stayed in were very spacious and clean, they had everything you would need for self-catering. They were a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-10 min cab drive to the city centre. (one way system) Prices for food and drink and taxi's were unbelievably cheap, we used the uber app, from the airport the taxi cost around £5 and you could get a meal with a drink for less than £10. We did the tour of Aushwitgz & Birkenau, very eerie, heart breaking but a must see. Would definitely recommend these apartments and definitely recommend Krakow, we shall be going back..

Had a 3 night stay in January 2020. The apartment was very clean and tidy.Good standard of decoration throughout and very secure. It was well furnished and as there were only 2 of us it was enormous. I could not find an issue with the property and we found it very handy for the city centre about 20 min walk away mostly level and it can be part done via the river side.
The linen and towels were clean and the apartment warm, There was all the normal equipment found in a property of this type plus a large fridge and microwave. At the bottom of the street is a local market including a couple of bakers and hot food stalls. There was a small shop on the street corner but supermarkets are a plenty in around the main city. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Although there is a tv in the apartment there is also a tv lounge downstairs along with a laundry room with washing machine.
We made our way to the apartment from the airport using the 252 bus it stopped stadium and park from where it was a 5 min walk to the apartment. Bus fare about £1 ! The surrounding streets are residential so we did not find noise was a problem at night. This is self catering but a breakfast restaurant was less than 200m away on the street corner. Tea and coffee was provided and one just had to ask for more if it was needed. Yes we would book it again without hesitation

I would really recommend these apartments to other travellers. The apartments are spacious and meticulously clean. The beds are comfortable and the accommodation is within walking distance of Krakow's main attractions. However, what made our stay particularly special was the service we received from the manager. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made some lovely breakfasts each morning - checking we were happy with what was on offer. What a find!

Stayed here with family in 3 apartments, clean, spacious and very warm with everything you need except a toaster. When you arrive you need to ring to get a code to enter where you will be told the number of your apartment and the key will be in the door. It is about a 25 minute walk to the main square you can take different ways to get there. If you don't like walking you would be better off booking somewhere closer as there is not much around the apartments. Only downside was some mornings about 6am bins were take up the stairs to be emptied causing a loud thud thud. Reception staff pleasant and we were able to leave our cases in reception as we had a later flight . Would recommend staying here.

The apartment was very clean upon arrival, however it wasn’t as it was entirely described as seen in the photos. The surroundings in the street seemed quiet and slightly derelict. We had hardly slept all night due to the noise above us, this was stomping around the room above us, something what seemed like chairs or tables being dragged around the floor and this had gone on from about 10pm when we would usually get back to around 8am the next day. Even when we had woken up 5:30am it had still been going on and this had carried on every night we were there (fri-sun)… very strange! Very eery and I hardly slept due to feeling unsafe. It wasn’t a 10 minute walk to centre it was more like 35 minutes so we had to get Ubers! There was no shops around for miles except a vending machine 10 minutes away which was very useful for us. The shower wasn’t the best as it was an open shower therefore the floors were constantly soaking and hard to dry, even though there was a floor squeegee. Overall we felt quite unsafe and would have rather stayed in a hotel with a 24 hour reception.

Stayed here for four nights in January for my birthday, the apartment was very clean and tidy. We stayed in a two bed apartment and it was huge so much room. I could not find a problem with the apartment, a nice ten minutes walk to the centre and the staff here were very helpful when we needed them. Also let use check in early with me been poorly. Thank you for that.

Hello. Me and 5 work friends got back around 2 weeks ago. We’d never visited Poland before and had groups of friends staying nearby so needed somewhere central but quiet. The apartment was fantastic, a short walk to the main square, clean and comfortable.

Contact was really good with Miko from the start and the problem we had with the front door was solved within an hour of me contacting him with a handyman being sent straight round to fix it.

Spacious apartment. Good location. Would use again.

This apartment hotel was amazing. Exactly as advertised and well worth the money they charged, if anything cheaper than they could charge, receptionist of my stay was called Elmina and she was excellent. Couldn’t do enough for you and was very friendly and helpful, responds to messages almost instantly. Great customer service all round. The hotel was clean, spacious and comfy, I can’t find any fault with this hotel/apartment. I intend to return to krakow and will be booking back into this place. Highly recommend.

Yes - you will be fine, there is someone on site 24/7. Just buzz reception on the external speakerphone and make your way down stairs. You ill be issued with a code which will then allow you access into the building during your stay.
