We had a 4-days stay in this hotel. The room is big enough very clean with nice decorations. The only negative point are the walls which are not soundproof. There is also a beautiful backyard garden. I love the wooden design of the restaurant. Breakfast fast is OK but not wow. The staff are very kind , helpful and friendly.

Very nicely located, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean and with a nice size balcony. Breakfast was nicely varied. There is parking out front on the hotel grounds. The decor was great! Would definitely recommend!

Very accomodating and warm. Tasty breakfast with many options to choose from. In walking distance from Krakow main square. Friendly staff. Very clean and nicely decorated. Overall quiet neighboorhood and hotel, although you can hear sometimes noise from other rooms.

This hotel is beautiful. We had 5 nights there and would happily have stayed for 5 more. Extremely good value for money and 10minutes walk to the old town. The bed and towels were changed daily and the room cleaned spotless. The garden was really beautiful with some great features including the ‘animals’. Breakfast had so much to offer. The staff were great. Helpful and friendly. You can leave your luggage in a locked room. We didn’t eat in the restaurant besides our breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. It's best to just stipulate pluses and minuses: + nice decor + big bathroom + nice garden - very small room; - central air-conditioning, it was sooo cold and "windy" in the room day and night (!) so we asked for turning the system off or, at least, increasing the temperature. It was impossible, said the receptionist, so we had to cover the outlet ourselves; - breakfasts were not satisfying - there weren't too many options to choose from; the coffee was dismal; - hotel night ends at 12 o'clock, so we decided to pack our bags and go for a walk before checking out. When we returned to the room, just after 11, the cleaning lady has already been there and we couldn't use the room anymore (!); - very thin walls, we could hear every noise coming from the corridor and other rooms. Overall, honestly, I expected a way better experience. The hotel aspires to be an elegant, upper class place. And it does look this way at a first glance. However, for the price we payed and the impression we got from their website, we were convinced we'd receive a more decent stay. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

We stayed here for 5 nights back in June and absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location, only around a 15 min walk from the Old Town central part of Kraków and an even shorter walk to transport to get you around the city. The hotel is decorated beautifully, and it felt very peaceful being there. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Our room was decorated very nicely and was spacious enough. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, and although there was no air conditioning, the windows were able to open pretty wide which helped with cooling down the room, which worked fine for us in the hot June weather. The only thing I would say to improve the room would be to have a mini fridge to keep drinks cool in, especially for summer time. We had the included breakfast every morning which was tasty and there was a good selection. We often had breakfast in the garden terrace area since it was so lovely and sunny, which is a great feature to the hotel. We would definitely return here if we visited Kraków again. 100% recommend!

We arrived at the hotel quite late after a two hour delayed flight. We were looking forward to a comfortable bed and a cup of tea. The man on reception said we were too late to purchase any milk from a local shop, however he would bring us some. This was very welcome and having a kettle and fridge in the room it meant that we were able to have a cup of tea or coffee whenever we wanted. Plus there was a couple of bottles of complimentary water also. We had booked a double room and as on previous reviews it was in fact two singles pushed together with two separate duvets. This wasn’t really an issue for us. The bed was fairly comfortable with spotless bedding. The room and bathroom were also spotless and nicely decorated, with complimentary shower gel etc. there is a free safe and ample space to put your clothes. The hotel is fairly close to the centre of old town and is about 10 mins walk. Breakfast was included and served in the lovely dining room overlooking the beautiful rear garden. The food was well presented and a reasonable choice. We managed to find at least something to eat. However for us whilst not expecting an English breakfast, as we were in Poland and therefore it is reasonable to be offered a Polish style breakfast, we did feel that it would have been nice to have at least had a toaster, so we could have toast. This is the only hotel we have ever stayed at, that did not offer a toaster. Because of this we chose not to bother with breakfast on our last day. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel stored our luggage for us after our checkout. This is at 12.00 noon and we felt that was a really good bonus. Checkout is usually much earlier and you tend to feel rushed to leave in the morning of your last day. Overall this hotel is a small little gem of a hotel in a quiet area. Clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and we would definitely recommend it to others. We had a lovely holiday in Krakow.

There is a large outside parking lot which was important to us. The location was a 10 minute walk to the top of Old Town. Longer walk to castle. Rooms were clean. Building is full of plants and art sculptures. Only down side was our room on the street side where there was major construction… seemed weird because the hotel was not very full.

So,we stayed here very recently and don't be fooled by the photographs you see on their website, there's quite a few things the place chooses not to show. That said,we were allowed to check in about an hour early and the Receptionist was really helpful. Bags dropped off in the room at 1430 then off to enjoy some time in the garden,or so we thought. The rear garden is accessible through the dining room, and we were met with a young girl who looked us up and down then informed us that the garden was closed from 3pm as they has to clean the dining room - so a garden you aren't allowed to sit in from 3pm onwards at any time of year. Were we offered a drink? no chance. Anyway,we sat in the garden until 4pm whether the staff liked it or not, after all,I had paid to stay there. Don't expect anything to eat in the evening unless you want to pay about £80 for a taster menu without drinks. Room was about adequate but very clean, however only expect one sachet of tea and coffee and one tiny sachet of powdered milk. 2 bottles of water in the room and an empty mini fridge. Breakfast was ok but don't anticipate a menu or fried eggs and bacon. You'll be ok if you like a bun for breakfast but don't expect any croissants. The rest is mainly Polish fayre. Fair enough. Coffee is out of an urn. No toaster. Apparently, that only comes out on weekends. Piano music is piped through the speaker system which strangely gives the establishment a depressing feel and sets you up for the day in the wrong frame of mind. Dining room staff looked like they didn't want to be there. On a positive note, the girl on the desk at checkout was lovely so a big, thank you to her. As for returning, never again. Oh,and the garden is overlooked by flats, some with what looked like discarded sofas on the balcony.

The entire location is beautiful, very nice decorations, personnel, music, garden, interiors. The room was very comfy, clean, enough for 2 people. The bathroom was big, well organized, modern and clean. You cand make your own coffee or tea within your room, using cattle and products at your disposal. The price is very good for such a great location. We walked 10 min. to Central Square.
