Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Perfect location, 5 minutes from the station and the Old Town. Very large room with 3 beds and a lovely shower room . There is no lift so ask for a room on the first floor if you're not the fittest. We had a room looking over the garden, lovely and quiet. This was also very cheap, worked out to under£70 each for 4 nights! Couldn't believe the value for money

Room Tip: Ask for a first floor room at the back to avoid tram noise and not have too many stairs. (No lift)

YES - location very close to the historic center, does not require public transportation to visit the city -large room, nicely furnished, very clean, wonderful -TV, Free Wifi -exceptional breakfast -at the reception there are tourist maps -the reception is at the hotel next door but that doesn't bother -there are paid parking lots very close to the hotel and very safe, just around the corner -beautiful inner courtyard NO - we failed to turn on AC -parking is not the hotel's -receptionist a bit grumpy

Ask for courtyard side room ( tram /bus stops the other side)and if you’re travelling with people you don’t normally share a bed ask for single beds. We were 4 people and it was a room leading off a room with 4 single beds in total. So pleased they could accommodate us. We were lucky on the first floor so not many steps as no lift. Also our air con worked great. I can imagine if tram side it will be very noisy so you are in a lottery of what you get. If you are higher up there is no lift and air con my be spotty. Lovely high ceiling room, shower, kettle, tea and coffee. Breakfast is next door which was great- fruit, different breads, yoghurts, cereal, hot dogs, hot veg mix, boiled eggs, cheeses and meats, tea and coffee. Very helpful Reception next door.

Friendly staff at reception of Hotel Polonia where you get your room key. Fantastic breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Room with a view over the courtyard was quiet despite being so close to the city centre. The hotel allowed us to check in early which meant we could enjoy more time in Krakow. We also had to travel early one day and they packed us a breakfast to take with us. The room was a decent size and comfortable.

A decent aparthotel located downtown Krakow in an old, refurbished building without any elevator. The reception and the restaurant are located in the same building but through another entrace - actually another hotel over there. Good breakfast. The considerable downsize is the absence of A/C or ventilation.

The hotel is very close to the historic center of Krakow and well connected to the suburbs by public transport. The building is old and charming. The staff is helpful and the services limited, but clean.

We had stay on the third floor yard facing room. Room was clean and quiet bed very comfortable Hotel is kept in the traditional style offering spacious rooms and bathroom Breakfast superb with lots of choices so best to book room with breakfast The only disappointment was not replacing tea and coffee in the room once used on the 1st day (we have stay 4 nights there)

Excellent location close to subway, old town and restaurants and the Galleria which is the largest central shopping centre in Krakow. Ask for a room that faces the internal courtyard as opposed to facing the street as it is noisy at night due to being on the tram line.

This hotel in Krakow was great. Really good location too, the town was approximately 15mins by foot. No air con off course so can get quite stuffy and hot especially if your room is located right in front of the street so you cannot open your window to air out the room as the train tracks are right in front and lots of people standing waiting, talking and walking past. I stayed in a twin share room, beds were very comfortable and big for a single size. The bathroom was also quite spacious and the breakfast was very, very good - lots of varieties especially since in Europe it is usually just breads, cheese and meats. ApartHotel offered eggs, cereals, fruit, cakes and more.

This is an aparthotel that is owned by the Polonia Hotel next door. Upon arrival, you need to get the key to the building from Polonia Hotel. You also have your breakfast in Polonia. A friend and I stayed for four nights in a twin room for about £100 each. Such a good price for being so central! The location was fantastic, being opposite the train station, trams and just a short walk from the centre of Krakow. There are restaurants and shops all around, as well as convenience stores. The breakfast was great, with a selection of hot and cold foods including, sausages, eggs, fruit, yoghurts, bread, cakes, cereals, salads etc etc. Can't fault it. The room was lovely. It was extremely spacious with very comfy beds, plug sockets by the bed (a rarity!), a kettle, TV (no English channels), blackout blinds, a safe and a shower. There wasn't a bath, but we knew that when we booked. I suppose it was a little bit noisy as the windows weren't double-glazed, but we were so tired by the time we went to bed that it didn't really affect anything. All in all, we had a lovely time. The only thing I think it worth flagging is that you have to climb stairs to get to your room in the hotel. I didn't ask if there was a lift, but I don't think there was. Those who are less mobile may find this hotel unsuitable.
