I stayed here for 4 days with a friend. It's a charming hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, everything from recommending restaurant and calling us taxis in Polish! It's a quick walk to the main street, but very quiet. It has a great lounge downstairs where we watched a soccer game with some other travelers and the man from the...

I stayed here for three nights during my two week trip to Poland in November. The staff were friendly and answered any questions I had. I had a double room to myself and it was reasonably spacious with lots of storage space, drawers, desk, wardrobe ect. The bathroom was basic, shower, sink and toilet but did it's job. The building...

Nice hotel with a lot of charm. They have bigger rooms available to accommodate a family of four. Buffet breakfast was great! Lots of different options. Good location. Front desk staff was very helpful. I would stay here again.

We spent two lovely days in Zakopane and chose Willa Carlton to be our base. Its location is excellent. It's close to the main pedestrian street "Krupowki" but far enough to offer peaceful and quiet rooms. The entire property seems to be quite clean and well cared for. Staff was cheerful, helpful and flexible. I would definitely recommend this place...

My friends and I just visited Zakopane midweek, in the off season, so we had the chance to actually look at a range of options and locations before we choose our lodging. We picked the Carlton. I would give it three stars and a halo although it is only listed as two stars. It was built in 1927 with attention...

My single room was small, the carpet was worn, and the floor creaked at every step, but the linens were spotless, the covers warm, a big window let in lots of light, and the price was a bargain. The hearty buffet breakfast is good preparation for an active day outdoors.

We stayed in Zakopane for a few days and absolutely loved it. The Villa Carlton was a lovely old guesthouse out of the main touristy hotspot. We could relax on the grand old balcony at the end of a huge day with a gin & tonic and overlook the surrounding gardens, with a view to the snow capped mountains. The...

Wireless Internet access (WiFi) is available on site. A dining room for 70 people, two living rooms with an intimate atmosphere, a garden adaptable for holding bonfires and free parking slot are at the guest's disposal. Villa is attractively located on peaceful street near magnificent city park and famous Krupowki St. Additionaly, closest trails are situated at ten minute walk from Villa Carlton.
