A must if you are in the area shopping for Polish pottery. Quiet and quaint. Very comfortable and the staff is great. Restaurant served great breakfasts and dinner menu was filled with traditional and local food choices and drink options.

I have been to Poland twice for pottery shopping and the blue beetroot is the place to stay! Accommodations are excellent - first time I stayed in a huge room that sleeps at least four, top floor, nice with the windows open (some dogs barking occasionally, bring earplugs of you are a light sleeper). The second room also slept four...

Stayed for a weekend while pottery hunting with a group of 11 shoppers. Arrived late to clean rooms and comfortable beds. They really help drive the pottery scene here: they provide a handy pottery guide for shoppers and have deals with local pottery stores giving deals for Blue Beetroot patrons. Nice bar with fair prices. Little things that could be...

I cannot get over how amazing this place was. They were EXTREMELY accommodating to my 2 friends and I- and their two young babies (2mos and 9mos). Food is wonderful and made in house to order and the staff is so kind! If your trip is for pottery, there is no other place to stay. They will give you an...

Would love to think that I might have the opportunity to visit here again in the future. You will...

I recently spent a weekend at the Blue Beetroot with 3 girlfriends in search of kid free relaxation, adventure and of course Polish Pottery! One of my girlfriends had stayed at the BB before and it came highly recommended! The hotel has a quaint rustic feel in a peaceful setting on a quiet backstreet. We were able to get one...

Myself and three friends spent a girls' weekend away at in Boleslawiec, Poland on a Polish Pottery shopping trip. We stayed at The Blue Beetroot on the recommendation of other friends, and it did not disappoint. This old barn that has been renovated into a guest house is absolutely, hands-down, the best place to stay if you are in town...

This is a great to place to stay if you are in town buying polish pottery. It is a really old building the family has painstakingly converted into a hotel. Many rooms are for groups so room arrangements can be odd but they tend to cater to groups but also accommodate couples.
