Ostrów Tumski was once an island connected to the right bank of the Oder by a bridge. Today this is the location of The Bridge Wroclaw MGallery Hotel. A 5-star lifestyle hotel that offers a range of luxury and stylish accommodations, including some top of the range suites, overlooking the river, or the cathedral. The Bridge, also links history with contemporary vibes, industrial design mingles with history. The interiors are decorated with large-format graphics of 19th-century Wrocław, reproductions of collections from private owners and The National Museum. It is a reference to the Gothic style, but the hotel also provides high-tech solutions, such as keyless entry to the guest room, electronic panel control of all in-room lighting and climate control. The hotel offers a CRAFT destination restaurant and bar, which focuses on farm-to-table offerings. During the summer and weather permitting, the garden offers a food trailer and refreshing cocktails. Don’t miss to visit the hotel’s roof terrace and plan you next private event there. The 6th floor of the hotel hosts a 24/7 fitness center and a relaxation area with two saunas and a steam room, with breathtaking views over the city. If you plan an event, take a look at our range of meeting rooms and our ballroom that can accommodate up to 400 guests. Exceptional location, incredible hotel. Detailed Reviews
Wow, where to start.. This is an AMAZING hotel. Starting with the design, the layout, the most amazing cocktails, very professional staff and amazing outside garden. We stayed for couple of nights in Junior Suite and couldn't fault it! Had room service with breakfast, which was fast and very friendly. Every time we called reception, the phone was answered with a smile, they knew we spoke English, so they would answer in English, which was very professional. The food was fantastic, the bartender was very well trained, had broad knowledge of alcohols and cocktails which were delicious, especially their Bloody Mary! We also booked gym sessions of both days and the gym was well equipped, had great views of the river and was clean and pleasant, especially that you had towels and water available. They also have a garage where you can park your car without any problems and a beautiful garden with drink service. We absolutely love this hotel, the location was just perfect, as it was far away from the loud center, but close enough to walk there in 10min. It is our new favorite hotel and we will defiantly be back!

As part of our trip through Poland, we stayed at the Bridge MGallery in Wroclaw for one night. We booked last minute as we found out this hotel was much better rated than our originally booked hotel in Wroclaw.
We arrived by car and could easily park directly in the underground parking and took the elevator up to the lobby. The hotel is brand new and has an amazing modern style. We checked in and were helped by several staff members who were all extremely kind and helpful.
The rooms itself were on the third floor, we enjoyed some nice city views from our room. There is even some candle lighting above the bed which can be adjusted.
Location of the hotel is great and very quiet, it takes about 15 minutes by foot to reach the old city.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Bridge on a private tip earlier on in July. I have to say that the hotel is really impressive design and quality wise. The team was great, from reception to restaurant, where they offer a Craft menu, using only ingredients from close by farms - way to go! The breakfast was well laid out, with a good selection of items and even an a la carte menu with an amazing avocado, smoked salmon and egg toast. We stayed in a Classic room, overlooking the cathedral, which was great and looked also at one of the suites, which for sure we will go for next time! All fixtures are highly finished and the whole hotel has a great feeling of quality. There is also a safe underground car park for guests with direct access to hotel. The hotel is located just a few steps from the main square - a nice stroll to the city actually. We will definitely be back!

Dear KristianVie, Thank you for taking your time and sharing with us your experience at The Bridge. We're very lucky to have such a wonderful Guest that leave us knowing that we'll see each other soon again. We're very grateful for all compliments for the team. Each day we double our efforts to make the stay of our Guests very memorable, so they come back to us. We're glad that you recognized what kind of products we have in Craft Restaurant. We want to give our guests memorable experience during the whole stay in all hotel spaces. We cannot agree more with you about the location of The Bridge. The Hotel is located on Ostrów Tumski one of the oldest parts of the city which in our opinion is also the most beautiful part of Wrocław. We hope to host you soon again, so we cane share more memorable moments. Best Regards, Karolina Bolek Senior Receptionist

Overrated hotel with maximum 4 stars standard. I've stayed in many different hotels and this was the worst hotel staff. The check-in receptionists definately don't want to work here and speak very rude language...
The room itself is clean however there is a noticeable lack of amenities. In the shower you won't find a toothbrush and all our liquid gels that were in big bottles, were almost empty so after 1 shower we had no more soap. We stayed 3 nights and for most of the time air con didn't work. In the morning we were calling staff to try to fix it and for 3 days nobody came to us. Also calling itself was a challange..
The breakfast in the Craft restaurant was also well below average. We order eggs benedict and we got them only 35min after.. by this time we ate other dishes as we thought the staff forgot about us. Even a simple thing like a coffee during breakfast is a challenge for the staff. We ordered it with 3 different waiters and got it after 15min. The breakfast is limited to just a few dishes and all tasted heavy and unhealthy. We stayed in other hotels in Poland that serverd Polish food and only this one was serving food just leaking with oil and fat.
We were not able to enjoy the weather in the hotel's garden as it was rented by some company initially till 6pm and then until 11pm. There was no notice/information to guests that the event will happen.
Actually the only good thing is a location of the hotel but it's plenty of other hotels nerby in the city center which we stayed earlier and provide much better service.

Stayed with my partner for a short break and was amazed by the friendly staff and wonderful modern hotel. The location is super, a short scenic walk into the old town yet tucked away and quiet and our room had a lovely view of the gardens and river.
The team arranged an amazing morning rooftop yoga practice with private instructor - what an incredible way to start the day - highly recommended!
The food in Craft restaurant was among the best we had in the city and overall the experience here cannot be faulted.
Just stay!

We stayed for 3 nights at The Bridge in Wroclaw. After a 6-hour drive from Zakopane we found out that the parking of the hotel was full. Because this was our first time in Wroclaw we did not know where to park our car. We asked for some alternatives but the staff was rude and not helpful at all.
In the end we found a spot in the street opposite of the hotel. After arriving at the lobby with our luggage there was (again) no one that offered us help. Guy at the reception (short hair) was presumptuous and rude. The upgrade that was offered us by e-mail was not available, in stead we got a noisy room next to the elevator.
We did not feel welcome or appreciated as a gold member. Of course we asked for a different room, but staff said the hotel was fully booked. It was possible to switch rooms for the second night (after I found out myself using the Accor app that there was availability) but in that case we had to visit the reception the next day between 12:00 and 13:00 and then wait until 16:00 before we could enter the room. Of course this would completely ruin the schedule for that day.
Besides being noisy, because of people walking by (and talking) the family room was spacious and comfortable and only had a few flaws.
The room lacks a Nespresso machine. Rain shower don’t work properly due to water pressure. We asked for feather pillows but no were supplied (no pillow menu).
Breakfast is excellent. Garden cafe is a nice extra during the summer.
Overall our stay was OK but the feeling of not being welcome did put a dark shadow over our stay at The Bridge. First time ever we experienced this in a Mgallery hotel.

I think this hotel embodies the best of Wroclaw. On one hand it is modern, beautifully designed, clean, and staffed by folks who really care about the well being of their guests. On the other, this hotel is located on some of the most historical property in the city, across the square from the cathedral, near the River Oder. It is both elegant and quiet, yet within easy walking distance to all of the sights in the city center.
We found the breakfast buffet to be extensive and tastefully done.
All in all a wonderful experience. Our only regret was that we did not have more days to spend here.

Very stylish hotel in perfect location in old town by the river, with nice views. Architecture is modern but perfectly corresponds to the historical neighbourhood. Rooms are carefully designed with very interesting paintings of historical persons related with Wroclaw. The restaurant staff is friendly, professional and supportive in selection of food and drinks. Dinner in Craft restaurant is a must, especially - "tatar" with internally, freshly baked bread. Seasonal salads and baked fish was also good choice. Breakfast with fresh vegetables and fruits, geat coffee and fresh orange juice.
If you had a swimming pool on the roof *to facilitate kids somehow :-) - then I would say that it is the best hotel I visited in Poland.

Spent a night here in June 2022 as we were seeing the Kings of Leon at Stadion Wrocław. It was a brief stay but we were very impressed.
The hotel is located near both the main cathedral and the technical university on the bank of the River Oder. We got a bus from the airport to the main train station, and from there it was a short tram ride to the hotel.
We were checked in quickly by very friendly staff and were impressed with our room. It was very contemporary with a good range of facilities including a minibar (rare these days), tea and coffee making facilities and a safe. The mattress was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was modern and very clean.
We had breakfast in the hotel and were very impressed- it is served in an a room at the front of the hotel with good views of the cathedral. The choice and quality of food and drink on offer was of a high standard, and the staff on hand very were helpful.
After breakfast we checked out and spent a day walking round the city. We left our luggage at the hotel and came back later in the day, and spent an hour in the spacious lobby area catching up on work e-mails. The Wi-fi throughout the hotel was excellent and there were also charging points for our phones.
All in all a great stay and we would love to come back to the hotel in the future.

Hotel is extremely new and as such in pristine condition. The location is a little walk from the main square, but the walk is lovely and very historic, and only about 10-12 minutes. The situation right next to the cathedral makes the whole place very atmospheric.
Room was gorgeous, with nice view of cathedral and a very modern bathroom with a very powerful walk in shower, and nice furniture in the room to relax in.
Breakfast was really nice and very good selection of food.
Only issue I had was a difficult waitress who seemed very fussy about where I sat when ordering food after a 10pm check in. In the end I just had food delivered to my room as she made me feel uncomfortable and not welcome.
I have stayed in most of the top hotels in Wroclaw with work but this is by far the nicest one overall, although the least central one. Would highly recommend.
