The hotel is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes from Rynek Square. It is very modern and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a lux room which was very spacious and overlooked a courtyard. We stayed in room 32 which was on the 3rd floor. Complimentary toiletries in bathroom, complimentary bottles of water, plenty sockets, plenty storage space. Check in was quick even though we didn’t arrive until midnight. Entrance to the hotel is up a covered alleyway. Breakfast was either hot or cold. Place your order for hot food of porridge, scrambled eggs, omelette, hard/ soft boiled eggs, toast, pancakes or waffles with the waitress. Tea, coffee and juice available. Selection of desserts, yoghurts and pastries. Baskets of bread with a variety of different types of bread. Plenty of variety of places to eat and drink in the vicinity. A must to try is smalec which sounds disgusting but is very tasty, it is a spread made from rendered white pork fat flavoured with crispy brown pieces and you spread it on bread. We were encouraged to try it when we visited a polish restaurant. Pierogies are also a dish to try as they are dumplings with various fillings and they come sweet or savoury. Prices are very reasonable compared to the uk and portions are generous. There is a guest house next door to the hotel called The Academus which is also a place to have a drink, owner is very friendly. Just bedside the hotel on the way to the square is a souvenir shop which changes to a bar at night, it is very cosy and has a good variety of drinks for sale. Wroclaw is a beautiful place and is somewhere we would definitely revisit.…
Liked: - Great location (city center) - Polite and helpful staff - Good a/c Disliked: - Very small rooms - The double bed is very small and placed near the wall so it was very hard for two people to sleep comfortably - The parking is located not in the hotel but in a parking lot ~300 meters from the hotel but due to the location of the hotel (city center) the drive to the parking lot is quite tricky - Average breakfast (you can order from the menu and the buffet choice is poor)
Very nice hotel. The main selling point is the ideal location, two minutes from the main square. Clean and comfortable accommodation with rooms a decent size, and good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.
Our third stay at the Hotel Patio and excellent as always. Very comfortable room, thoroughly enjoyable breakfast, friendly and attentive staff all located in Wroclaw's city centre. We'll be returning as soon as we can.
The hotel seems geared for business travellers, though it is in a perfect location to the main square. About 50m. The staff were helpful and very polite, the hotel had a very good breakfast, that was regularly topped up, even if you ate towards the end of the breakfast time. The room was very modern, and quiet, and I would say it is a great choice for a visit to Wroclaw, especialy when we went for access to the excellent Christmas Market.
Very good hotel, more than 3 star level, good service, quiet large rooms, best downtown location. all sights within walking distance, price appropriate, car park nearby. breakfast was excellent. everything was very clean.
Great hotel, perfect location (just a two min walk to the main square) we upgraded to the deluxe room which was defiantly worth the money! Very spacious and cosy, staff also very helpful and informative 😌
perfectly located, close to everything. i very much enjoyed staying at the patio hotel. as a woman travelling alone i felt very safe to go out at night because of the perfect location.i will gladly recommend staying at the hotel, and will be a future guest. clean rooms, a very good breakfast and a very helpful, friendly efficient staff! thank you marcin, oskar, natalia, martha and every one of your team!!!! wroclaw is definitely a wonderful destination for a most enjoyable city break .
The strength of this hotel was its great location, only moments from the main town square. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and there were were tea and coffee-making facilities in the rooms. It was otherwise rather functional and lacking in charm and the soundproofing was poor. There was a lot of noise from the street below (both traffic and people partying) all four nights of our stay, worse over the weekend. This might not have been so problematic in rooms that didn’t overlook the street. It was also possible to hear people in neighbouring rooms (toilets flushing, alarm clocks ringing, doors banging). I would probably not stay here again or else I’d ask for a room that doesn’t face on to the street.
Well situated hotel. Short walk to square but on relatively quiet street ( suggest asking for room in back just in case). Front desk very helpful and friendly especially Marcin big thank you Large rooms with separate shower and bath and separate counter for toiletries. Comfortable beds and splendid breakfast assortment including fish and crepes !!
