The location is great, just a 20-minutes walk from city center. We didn't have any problems with finding it or finding free parking. Staff speaks English and they were nice. We had room in 4th floor and there was no lift. That could be a problem if you have too much luggage. The room was big enough. Yes, it was... More

Not the cheapest hostel with a very low standard rooms. We stayed at private double room on the 4th floor (no lift), it was super hot, no fan, shared bathroom. The good thing was nice staff and everything was clean. Micro kitchens on every floor but no dishes/cutlery (strange for a hostel?), no fridge, just small cooker, sink and kettle.... More

Two biggest advantages of this place are its price and localization. It is not the cheappest option, but still reasonable money are required. You can get there easily from railway station and to the old town - there is tram and bus stop very near. Rooms are typical for a former dormitories. Toilets and showers are shared with other rooms.... More

I only booked this place because couldn't find anything else in a tight schedule and it turned out worse than my expectation. Public bathroom and hallway smells like smoke. The bed is uncomfortable and during winter the ventilation doesn't help. I had to open the window from time to time while it's always so loud outside. Not sure from where... More

Inexpensive hostel, nice people at the receptioin, but everything is old, torn bedsheets, old uncomfortable beds, no towels. Shared toilets and showers were quite unpleasant. I would not recommend this place.

The place is just plain nasty. Shared bathrooms and showers (co-ed), beds harder than floors, bedding has seen better days. Kitchen annex has no pots, pans, plates or utensils; only electric teapot if you have your own cups. If you do decide to stay there, make sure you have a receipt printed showing the number of nights you will be... More

I was there not for very long but I can say few things about this place. It's very clear and tidy there, service is nice too. Location is great - bus/tram stop called "Młodych Techników" from which you can travel to city square is less than 5 minutes way from there. Now, disadvantages: -it's very loud there! Door doesn't has... More

Forget it. To surmise if you are totally desperate and have no other option then consider this place otherwise stay away. Unhelpful surly staff, rooms which leave a lot to be desired, noise through the night, poor quality bed coverings, a mattress that I was convinced was alive, a towel that is the size of a tea towel, a sink... We stayed 5 nights at this hotel in winter 2010 with my boyfriend. As we are students, we were looking for the lowest price for our stay. The hotel was generally clean, though not perfect. I booked the room by e-mail with someone who spoke good english, but at our arrival, the receptionist didn't speak a word of french or... More

“NO SUCH THING AS A GOOD ROOM The co-ed shared bathrooms and showers smell of mildew and urine; the rooms stink of cigarettes, no towels, not even most basic equipment in the so-called kitchen annex.”
