Nice simple room, nice helping people at front desk.. Simple breakfast. All in all simple basic and good and best price. No room service is there and people don't understand much English in Poland but here in hotel front desk was understanding and helped us on getting the taxis and train from lublin to warsaw.

I have stayed in that hotel 4 times and if I have to stay for a night in Lublin I will probably book a room in this hotel. Why? First of all, it's reasonably priced for a room. Secondly, the rooms are clean, there is a shampoo, soap, tv, 2 bottles of water and a kettle. Thirdly, it's located in... More

The hotel itself very clean & rooms ok but nothing spectacular, very good location close to city center & bus stop. Staff at the hotel very nice & helpful & the hotel restaurant serves delicious polish food!!! Good value for money & we were very happy with our stay at this hotel

This hotel is advertised as a 3 star. May be for a communist country. Wake up Poland it's 2014. Threadbare beds. Dead bugs on the wall ( I am not making this up.) On the internet they show pictures which are not what my room looks like. May be they have renovated rooms, but the room I got is disgusting.... More

Ok, time to explain my caps lock in the title. This was my second time at the 'hotel' Huzar, and even after being served undercooked pork on the first occasion (and that 50 minutes late), like a dang fool, I showed up again. The first sign of trouble, familiar from last year, was the appalling rudeness of staff that so... More

Nothing fancy by any means. The beds are old cushions, not mattresses. The sheets were clean but clearly older and did not fit the cushions. The tv had 21 channels, but none of them were English. My room did not have wifi, but my friend's room did, so there are clearly wifi dead spots in the hotel. The wifi works... More

Quite nice big old fashion hotel. It isn't easy to find Huzar if Y haven't on board GPS. Hotel has huge parking. Is located in middle of the quarter of blocks of flats. Ask for room from side opposite to street-side. Will be comfortably quiet. Hotel has refurbished rooms - ask for it. Room was clean, bedlinen too. Don't expect... More

Room lovely, facilities fine. Staff a little unfriendly as others have said. Worst moment, waiting an hour for (a pre-booked!) dinner on the second night and then finding undercooked pork. Not great. However, I was taken seriously by the restaurant manager (with help from a waiter who spoke English). When I go again, I'll stay elsewhere, but apart from the... More

Booked this hotel and was then told that it had some bad reviews, so I was dubious .On arrival,I found the Staff to be helpful, polite and efficient. Was given my room key on floor 5 instead of the Ground floor room I had asked for, nut the reason for the change became clear later in the week. The Hotel was very... More

I stayed at the Huzar on my final night in Lublin. The hotel is basic, but modern. It is clean, has good lifts, and the room was larger and more comfortable than I expected for the price. This is not to say that the hotel was not without its problems. As several others have commented upon, there is a lack... More
