We stayed in this hotel for a week. We had previously received a good deal to stay in the apartment pending our wedding. The apartment and the entire hotel are kept in a high clean standard , service as well , included bar and restaurant . I would like to say thank you the staff and Mrs. Natalia for help and care during our stay. I can honestly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Bydgoszcz and make wedding party .

Stayed 12 nights at the Hotel during covid times. Nice clean room. Breakfast had to be collected in the lobby - very tasty and more than enough. Eggs and sausages in a new way every day. Eat and enjoy in the room. If one cup of coffee was not enough, you could easily make another using the kettle. During my stay, I had some issues with the toilet and refrigerator - it was promptly dealt with by the friendly desk officers. If I could choose, I would definitely be back at City Hotel again.

Stayed here for 4 weeks on business, rooms pretty basic but clean, Wi-Fi not the best but came prepared with hard wire, most if not all the staff speak English and are very friendly and courteous, Silver service in the restaurant which is still a pleasure to see, breakfast wide ranging and nice, Hotel is central enough for the town square and on a tram stop so you can get about easy enough. Cant fault anything about the hotel, excellent.

This hotel has definitely improved in the last few years. The restaurant is good but it’s only 10 minutes walk from the town square if you want to venture out for dinner instead. Rooms are fine & well equipped. Overall pretty good

I did not actually stay at the hotel but attended various functions which were excellent and friends that did stay here said it was excellent. Very large room, catering was excellent with a sit down meal and buffet afterwards. Bar was very good and service was great. I could imagine what the rooms were like following this great service and venue.

Had to stay here for work. Room was pleasant and staff were helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of selection. Didn't have dinner or lunch in hotel as there are plenty of nice places to eat out and prices are cheap. Only down side is the gym. It's not a gym at all 1 treadmill 1 broken bike and an elliptical trainer and cable machine. Needs upgrading and maybe change location of it.

This was the sixth time that I stayed in this very good comfortable hotel. Once again the staff were friendly and professional and the comfortable room was cleaned every day. The hotel is centrally located and the restarurant is a credit to the chef. I look forward to staying in The City Hotel once again the next time I visit my friends in Bydgoszcz.

Easy to find not far from city centre , paid parking average wifi ,helpful staff and a great menu ,room was spacious and very clean There was an in house Casino but that has now gone ,restaurant prices very reasonable

I stayed here for 2 Nights to visit our Plant just a couple of KM away from the hotel. Room was spacious and very well layed out. The Hotel staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. There were a number of soldiers and staff staying there due to NATO exercises and @ no time did I feel that any customer was not taken care of. Breakfast was nicely laid out with good choice & frankly @ that cost I would happily stay again.

The room is nice. The cleaning is amazing. The breakfast is ok. But the WiFi is the worst ever seen in a hotel. Always slow and not reliable. Very often completely dead. The personnel does not care and the situation was never improved during the long stay. Not good for working.
