First things first. We had a massive trouble finding a hostel. The instructions provided was not clear, we were walking around in a hurry for 50 minutes in a terrible weather conditions, hoping to desperetaly find a safe place to put our luggage and have a good nights sleep, because another long day of travel was awaiting. Eventially when we...

Quiet, stylish and charismatic, lovely breakfast. You couldn't be more in the centre with all the public transport and all the attractions the city can offer. The building used to be a Dancing Hall so plenty of original features and photos remained. Have a walk in pedestrianised Piotrkowska Street with plenty of great Art Nouveau well preserved buildings. XIX century...

The location was perfect, close to the Main Street and restaurants. Zoo, cinema, shops etc all nearby. Staff all amazing and friendly, couldn't be more helpful. Basic breakfast but delicious. Only issues we had, very minor, were the door struggled to lock and was very fiddly and the pillows were very very thin. Overall great stay and staff.

Positive side: the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating working with our uncertainty as to our reservation. A few problems: The staff were so friendly, that they lacked the ability to silence a party in the common area that kept me up from 4:30 am. I was to wake up at 6, but with the party still going on...

Typically hostel-ish, young guests (school groups, travellers), quite clean, includes simple breakfast. Convenient location, off the main tourist street, a few tram stops away from the university conference centre. Staff friendly, take a few minutes to prepare the breakfast or replenish stuff. Brekkie very basic: toast bread, jam, cheap cheese. Very simple room, but size ok.

Excellent location right at Piotrkowska street. Both shared bathrooms, as well as the room, were very clean. Nice design in the corridors and the lounge. Good breakfast. The only disadvantage was that it was noisy in the night - you could hear people talking and walking down the corridor. To sum up - good value for money.

Just got back from a great weekend in Łódź with my friends, the music hostel was a great place to stay. We were all impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the facilities were way above expectations, and its in a fantastic location. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else next time I am in Łódź!

Myself and 5 other friends (group of boys) spent the weekend and bank holiday in Lodz.. The music hostel website was great and the price was even better... For something like £8 a night we didnt expect a lot..But we were very surprised.. The staff were very helpful and gave us free towels and free use of a washing machine/dryer.....

Though the location of the hostel was on the main street of lodz, the hostel "Music-Hostel" didn't fulfill my expectation at all. At first when i saw it, it looked good as it was surrounded by many restaurants and it was very close to the station. I had to pass two corridors to get in my room from the reception...
