Before arriving we were worried about the standard of the hostel as we got it for so cheap. After arriving we ended up in the 16 bed dorm. There was a pub crawl organized with another hostel which was great as we met loads of fellow travelers. Over our stay we experienced all Prague had to offer with our new...

A nice enough hostel right on the edge of the old town. Staff were pleasant and there's a small kitchen next to reception. The facilities are clean and my room was large, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable (quite hard). There's not much in the way of character at the hostel and the wifi is flakey on the top...

Employees are loud as hell. Rooms are crappy. Bathrooms are crappy. Wifi doesn't work properly. Do NOT book this hostel. The furniture looks like it was picked up at a local garbage dump. For the price this is definitely not worth it.

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. However, the beds made loud squeaking sounds in every twist and turn and they were a nightmare... Although my fiance and I travel quite a lot, in this hostel we probably had the worst quality sleep in a long time.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. We had two beds in a room for twelve, but for some reason that day it was empty except for us, so no problem with bathroom (which was clean). The beds were a bit noisy and the room had some weird lightning (a part of it was dark all the time, but it's not...

Stayed for two nights in July at Hostel Orange in Torun. The first night was in a private twin room, and the second night in the large dorm room. Everything was very clean and the staff friendly. The free laundry facilities were extremely useful to us and we had just finished a week at the Heineken Open'er Festival in Gdynia!...

The place was quite fine; it was clean and the hostel staff were polite. It was quite cold in the room because the heating system wasn't functioning properly but the person at the front desk took care of it. The room we had was pretty okay, except for the beds that were unbelievably creaky. The hostel is centrally located and...

Stayed a few nights in December and was warm and comfortable - whatever heating problems the hostel may have had have been sorted out. It was full on two of the nights but never seemed crowded at all - never a queue for the (excellent) showers or anything and though the kitchen was small, there was no problem there at...

We arrived at the original hostel only to be told of the ongoing heating problems and that we needed to go to their 2nd hostel. Surely they could have told us this before we arrived to save us lugging our bags up the stairs. Got to the new hostel, they don't accept cards, that;s okay but when I asked about...

I stayed in Hostel Orange, Torun for one night on 18th January 2011. I booked a private single room through HostelWorld site on a very good rate. Having read lots of raving reviews on this hostel, my expectations were high. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed on my stay. Biggest problem was that the hostel was freezing cold. Central heating...
