Hotel Warszawa is located right in the centre of Warsaw,10 minutes walk to the Palace of Culture and 15 minutes to the Old Town. The original building was the pre war HQ of Prudential, the city’d highest landmark. It has been beautifully restored in a modern way with amazing attention to detail and quality of materials used. Personally I am not a fan of concrete, dark wood and top to bottom stone bathrooms but I am sure visitors will appreciate the effort, the location, food and service.
Rooms are very spacious, bathrooms with tubs and walkin rain showers did feel a bit gloomy. There is a spa area with saunas and a pool, 2 cocktail bars and a restaurant. Our company party had a dedicated area with an amazing terrace Where dinner and cocktails were served. All was very tasty although we found the service ( waiters) a bit slow. Breakfast area is vast, with very high ceilings and even more concrete. The hotel makes sure only the best and many local ingredients are used. There was a choice of muesli, cold meats and cheeses- mostly Italian, fruit, smoked salmon as well as egg dishes to order. All very tasty and top quality. Interestingly enough eggs benedict or even simple poached eggs were not available which is a bit of a surprise this being a five star hotel.
A valet parking is available which is very unusual for Poland. All in all this was a great stay and a superb location for a company party venue, an elegant weekend away or even a special dinner. The staff including waiters and receptionists are on a slow side, a bit gloomy and not quite up to a 5 Star standard but it might be a question of training and experience. So if you can afford this marvelous place it’s worth it.

Hotel Warszawa satisfies on all levels: excellent location, exciting design, enthusiastic staff superb breakfast, historically significant building and luxurious spa and exercise room. Surprisingly well-price for suck high quality. During this time of COVID-19, we felt very comfortable - staff wore masks and were friendly without being too forward, room was super clean, hand sanitizing pump bottles everywhere.... When we return to Warsaw, we will stay here again

One of the best hotels in Warsaw we have stayed in; excellent location, exciting design, great staff, super fantastic breakfast, historically significant building. The hotel is located in the city center but in front of a quiet street.

The only negative was the bathroom. In our room shower was in the middle of the bathroom so when showering water went everywhere and the floor was wet and slippery. And when you have the shower in the middle you must pass it when you use the toilet etc. We also missed a towel hanger next to the basin as the only hanger was next to the bathtub so we hung the towel on the door knob. Maybe not the best solutions for such luxury, trendy and new hotel?

Beside the most sophisticated upscale design rich in exotic woods and modern semi industrial finishes the view was just fantastic. Heated floors and marble covered bathroom walls would make an impression on the most sublime travel connoisseur. Hotel is located within a walking distance to Old Town and many Galleries like Zacheta and more. Friendly, English speaking service and over the top restaurant.

The place is gorgeous, I have reserved it as a birthday gift for my sister, who loved her stay - the only thing was the reception being very unorganised. I have paid for everything upfront, yet my sister was quizzed upon arrival and had to provide all sorts of proof ( beyond the usual name and email address which is of course the norm ) to then be told they can't locate the reservation and no room is ready so she has to wait until they find the booking. She was then charged for the bottle of Prosecco I already paid for in advance - those sort of mishaps should not be happening in a high end hotel, especially when I took the time to get everything organised in advance and paid for way before my sisters arrival.

Probably the quests rooms in Warsaw. This iconic building has loads of history and has become a most interesting place to stay following renovations of gargantuan proportions. The fabric of the building is a masterpiece of pre-war concrete architecture and the interiors reflect its heritage with an overlay of übercool design led by superlative stonework.
Great service, stunning swimming pool, dining among the solid concrete foundations all make for a unique experience. The 6th floor restaurant is like a chef's table experience with its open kitchen and the menu great for vegetarians.
All in all a wonderful stay experience.

This is such a hit and miss property. Beautifully remodeled with a mix of concrete/industrial vibe and naturalistic touches with wooden doors and floors. The execution is spot on. Unfortunately I've never slept in a room that had so much noise from next door guests. Staff was friendly but service level not at all what to expect from a hotel at this level. At breakfast no one was around to take my coffee order despite there being 6-8 staff on service (all standing in a group talking to each other). The "SPA" has a nice pool and loungers but there were small kids playing in the pool and staff just said "oh, we usually never have kids here" but they were still allowed. So much for a SPA vibe. The fitness center has some ok cardio machines but almost no weights and one (!) bench. No strength excersice machines.
The final disappointment was after having checked out realizing I had forgotten to take the artisan chocolate bar from the mini bar asking to just buy one to bring with me. "They are available in the luxury shopping center 10 min away". Oh, so I can't buy one from you? "No that's not possible". SO much for service level..

There are some unique perks to HW which makes it my favourite destination when visiting Warsaw. And it's not only about the 24h underground pool or great architecture. They understand just right that customer's satisfaction is their priority. And even Covid didn't change it. Hospitality at it's best.

The rigorous design begins and ends with the hotel’s appearance. Once one is inside everything changes immediately. Smiles at the reception just prove Niels Bohr’s discovery about Polish girls’ beauty.
The urban and minimalist design accompany you everywhere, but it only underlines the hotel’s charm.
Breathtaking view, very good amenities inside and skilled cleaning compose a comfortable staying.
Spa zone is so cozy and relaxing, a small gym services those who need emotions.
Restaurants is another story. Warszawska gives you a nice breakfast with a «breakfast board» - a local know-how and a Polish cuisine in the evenings. Szóstka being so stylish (what is so typical for Hotel Warszawa!) attracts one by a tasting menu (highly recommended, beef tartar was a dream!).
But…: the cigar lounge alongside with a bar… dreams came true…!

Unforgettable first time visit.

The hotel is luxurious, has a boutique feel and everything about the design and decor is 5 star+.

However, our weekend family stay got off to a bad start when the reception didn’t have our reservation. There was no apology and almost an attitude by the unfriendly and arrogant young lady at reception of it being my fault.

At breakfast the next day, the restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent but the staff were untrained, unfriendly and on occasion could not communicate in Polish or English. Food was removed from our table when we were half way through, nobody explained the concept, ie no buffet, which was great and what could have been a wonderful experience, was let down by the staff.

They saved the best for last at checkout. I was asked if I had anything from the minibar. I replied to say that I had not but reminded the lady that we had drinks at the bar that should be added to our bill. I was then shocked to be told that I would now have to wait to checkout whilst a member of staff checked the minibar in my room. I felt like a criminal at a 1 star hotel in a mass tourist resort. Again, not what you expect from a 5 star boutique hotel paying USD 300 a night and having reminded them of my bar bill. One, more senior member of staff ultimately realized my frustration and took over the checkout process, although by this point, the damage was done.

Really disappointing to see this beautiful and luxurious hotel ruined by staff with no training but most of all with such an arrogant attitude that it made the whole experience feel very uncomfortable. The doormen were however extremely polite and helpful.

Not enjoying writing such a negative review, I truly hope managements take action as we have been staying and eating at hotels in the Likus chain for years and have always had an enjoyable experience until hotel Warszawa.
