Room facilities and bed were ok. Nice conference facilities. Most of the staff were very serviceminded, but not all:( Food was ok. We had som difficulties with slow WiFi Close to the airport which was great. Make sure NOT to use other taxis then the officials though

Rooms are OK, toilets very good, TV is 30 years old and have only 1 english channel (Euronews), but in the same time it has very large number of French, Spanish and of course local TV station. Also our room was 2 minutes walk from the lift.

Perfect location... is situated right in the downtown, 3 mins walking from Palac Kultury I Nauki. The picture shows how far it is from the entrance of the hotel. Food in the restaurant is delicious. Room is clean and has everything you need. There is no hairdryer though, just ask the receptionist and she gives it to you. In general,...

We took a business room in the new building, the room is large but simply furnished. Rabiah is not LCD, an older model and is hard to see something. Bed and mattress pretty basic. The hotel is 200 meters E-WEDEL amazing cafe and chocolate

The reception is very helping and welocming, The dinning room is a bit low choice, but competitors. Good conference rooms. The hotel is a bit old fashion as well as the style. Also one...

It's a mid range hotel. it is close the main attractions of this great city, easy access to local transportation, walking distance to Old City. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is rich (coffee is made of nesscoffee, not beans...). the rooms are well serviced, the hotel staff is helpful and shows good will.

This is a very basic hotel. Rooms old fashioned and not particularly clean. There are limited hotel facilities and had some difficulty communicating in English. There were lots of local coach/tour parties. If you are expecting this to be similar to western brands like Hilton, Marriott etc you will be disappointed.

Stayed for only one night in a very spacious and clean twin. The beds were comfortable but I think there was something wrong with the heating, as the room got pretty cold during the night. The location of this hotel is just excellent, walking distance to the major attractions, with lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good and staff...

I have stayed both in the new part of the hotel, as well as in the old one. In the new part, everything was ok, rooms are clean and spacious. In the old part, the rooms are terrible. I was never sure if my door was really locked or not. Breakfast was good.
