We stayed here some 8 years ago and have to say we loved it then and now seems even better. We had a fabulous upgrade as a diamond member (which has not always been the case this year in other hotels we've visited). All the staff were super helpful and friendly. As before, the quality and range of food and beverages in the executive lounge is great, better than many others we've been to in Europe. The split level is also cool with a quieter more relaxing vibe upstairs. The breakfast is also comprehensive and first class. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool as it was closed for maintenance during our stay. The real surprise for us was the changes in the surrounding area which is now really buzzing with life. The Browar Warszawski - a complex of restaurants food halls and bars is literally across the street as well as having further options in the "Art walk", which is still developing behind the hotel. If that wasn't enough the Fabryka Norblina complex, a pedestrianised street with a dozen or so restaurants and bars is just a 3 minute walkaway. All these new developments are chic and modern making the location of the hotel difficult to beat. There's no doubt that we will stay again when we next return to Warsaw.

Dear Kev, Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review and the perfect rating! We love to see returning customers, and as a Diamond Hilton Honors member, you are amongst our most valued guests. Thank you for appreciating our team members and their hospitality - we believe that is the most important thing that makes everyone's experience special and memorable. The neighbourhood has really drastically changed in the last couple of years and we are very happy to see it, as it provides an even more diverse experience to our guests. Browary Warszawskie and the Norblin Factory are great recommendations to visit while staying with us. It will be our pleasure to welcome you again on your next trip to Warsaw! Please let us know if we can help with any travel arrangements and booking. Kind regards, Hilton Warsaw City

We couldn't be happier. We received an upgrade to a Panoramic Suite on the 21st floor, best view of Warsaw. VIP welcome with bottle of Prosecco followed by welcome sweets, we even got donuts on Fat Thursday. The room was like an apartment, the bathroom had heated marble floor, so you would never get that cold feeling that you usually have in a bathroom. The Executive Lounge was spot on, amazing food and drink selection. The young gentleman in the Lounge was fantastic and very attentive to details, sorry I didn't get his name. Mikolaj the concierge was absolutely fantastic, he knew everything about the city, spot on recommendations and restaurants, very attentive on everything. Breakfast was also amazing, the selection was incredible, especially the live cooking station. We will definitely be back and share all the amazing memories about Warsaw and the Hotel with our friends and colleagues. Claudio & Fiammetta from Scotland.

I stayed couple nights because it was near by my conference meeting. It was very nice, clean 4star hotel with fitness floor on the toop, very helpful stuff and excellent breakfast. The gotel is placed about 25 min walk from old city center but it is very well connected with public transport ( tram&bus) and the ticket for one ride is just 4.4 zloty

This was my first time at this hotel and I will definitely be back. Every single member of staff I came across was so helpful and friendly and made my stay an enjoyable experience.

I got a room on the 24th floor with some nice views over the city. As you would expect, the room was spotless and well kept.

Although the executive lounge was closed because of covid, eligible guests got complimentary drinks and nibbles in the bar from 6pm. The gents working in the bar were fantastic - pro actively going around offering refills. This was definitely some of the best service I have had in a Hilton recently.

When I ran out of towels, it was no issue getting housekeeping the next day.

Hotel is in a convenient location - around 20 mins in the car from Chopin airport and maybe 20/25 mins walk to the Palace and another 25 mins to the old town.

Overall, excellent stay. Thank you very much!

Staff are trying desperately to get guests to wear masks around the hotel. The lack of mask wearers breathing over the buffet is worrying. The tables are not cleaned as thoroughly as they should. The room cleaning has to be requested and is carried out by unmasked staff. They often forget to clean the rooms even when requested. That being said I am sure the hotel is understaffed due to COVID and therefore they are doing the best the can.

The hotel is a little bit remote and maybe not optimal if you want to explore the city, but taxi rides are cheap in Poland and you have tram/bus stops nearby. Hotel rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and big bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is good with a lot of cold and hot choices and the best omelet in Warsaw (earlier Marriott’s was best).

We had issues with the air conditioning in our room that was very loud, so we were offered to change room (from floor 16 to 24). Although the change was made in the evening and we had to wait quite long for the new room it was not properly prepared, there were glass missing and coffee mugs were dirty. In the hallway on the 24 floor there were dirty dishes outside some rooms and the dishes were still there next day around 16 o’clock when we made the check out, that didn’t impress me at all! But it was big plus that we could keep our room until 16!

I will probably not stay here again as there are far better options in Warsaw such as Westin, Intercontinental or Radisson.

On my previous visit i stayd at the Novotel, for this journey it was fully booked so i booked into the Hilton. The location is a bit further out of the city centre, checkin was ok but i didnt like that the mandatory requirement to place a hold of £40 on your bank card even if you are not using any facilities in the hotel. My room was on the 9th floor, it had a bit of a dated feel, but was clean and tidy. Sleep was good , nice and quiet and the air con was working so as to keep the room cool. Breakfast was ok, big selection, on comment was the bacon was cold and no option for hash browns or saute potatoes. The room service menus is bigger then the menu offered at the bar, which was disappointing. I dont think id stay again based on the location and dinning options within the hotel.

Kids not allowed in pool ! Why sell family rooms to begin with? The least you can write it bold when making an order for a ""family room""

PAID WIFI. It's 2021! This is as basic as having running water in rooms!!

Not to say only bad things:
Rooms slightly outdated but clean overall.
Breakfast was fine.

Thank you for taking the time to make a review. Unfortunately, your headline is simply not true. Kids are very Welcome at the Hilton Warsaw City. You are talking about the swimming pool, which is part of the Holmes Place Fitness Club to which our guests have complimentary access. Unfortunately, Holmes Place has a strict policy to protect the exclusivity of their club, limiting the times Children are allowed to use the training lap pool. This policy is beyond the control of our hotel, and this policy is very clearly noted on our web page and in the details of your confirmation and again mentioned in the pre-arrival email you receive from the hotel. All Hilton Honors members (free to enrol) receive complimentary wifi. Thank you again,

I went to Warsaw for a white Christmas and this hotel was perfect, even arriving on Xmas day there were zero problems, the restaurant and bar were open and the corner view suite is one of the best views of Warsaw. The staff were all polite, check in was easy, my room was always perfect after housekeeping and the location is perfect. Can easily walk to everywhere i needed and breakfast i swear i put on 5kgs everyday because of the great range of food and i loved the fitness club having a 25m lap pool
Big shoutout to 3 workers
1#the receptionist on Xmas day when i arrived who let me check in early and explained all the covid etc rules when it came to exploring and being a tourist
2# the receptionist on the thursday night who printed all my permits, testing certificates etc to help make my trip home to Australia easier
3# the young bloke in the bar who made sure i always had a cold beer and a feed during happy hour which definitely made up for the lounge being closed

I’m a Hilton Diamond member. I’ve been to many Hiltons from Osaka to Atlanta. I can confirm this is by far the worst managed one. At check in, despite my membership status no room upgrade was offered. They only give a room at high floor and called it an “upgrade”. When i asked i was kindly told off by the receptionist telling me there are 100 diamond members staying at the hotel at the moment and they cannot offer room upgrades for each member. The only covid restriction left in the entire Poland is the closure of their Executive Lounge(!) Yes, the hotel’s Executive Lounge is still closed and instead they offer super cheap snacks at the lobby bar (see pics). Much worse is the guest services. I asked for a firm pillow and they said they ran out. I only got that in my second night. Today i called room service to ask for a bottled water and they said guest service is finished and they ran out of bottled water in downstairs too. Even the lowest Hilton loyalty tier (Silver) benefit from complimentary two bottles of still water but in this hotel they only give ONE still water per two guests! (Yes, the other one is always sparkling). The only Diamond benefit I got was the breakfast- which is also available for Gold members as well (the tier below Diamond). The breakfast was ok but there is no table service for drinks. You need to prepare your hot drinks yourself and they have very limited pastries (see pics). Thank you (!), Hilton Warsaw City. I will now write a very detailed complaint letter to Hilton and probably quit the loyalty scheme🤦‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️
