good location, close to metro. Facilities were maintained and staff were friendly however a little unorganized with payment, I got double charged and it seemed to be an issue to fix it. Room was clean, there was a crazy lady in our room, so that didn't go over to well, she had to be removed. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and the main areas were open. Overall a good place for the money spent.

it was very noisy and also the mixed-sex dorms were a bit weird, but it had everything you need and was well located. i would stay here again and recommend it to anyone travelling to warsaw on a budget.

The hostel is ok, cheap and very well located (specially if you want to go partying in Warsaw), but I've been in nicer hostels, with better beds and showers.
What I definitely didn't like at all is what happened when we came back home...we were a big group of 30 students, and when we came back home they sent us an email informing us that they were going to charge us 500 PLN because of the mess we left behind. This is not about who was right or if they had reasons to charge us that amount, what I didn't like is not that they charge you if you don't behave properly, is that they didn't inform us when we were leaving the hostel...we left with a lot of time, and none of them complained about anything until we were home and we couldn't argue or defend ourselves...I would never come back or recommend it to anyone...

A receptionist is very cruel. She doesnt care about the feeling of a tourist.. When I felt the most tired, she got on my nerve so that I will never be able to forget about the bad feeling of this hostel. Normally, I am not a person who wrote commenrs on the website. But I am writing to make you avoid the same mistake by booking this hostel. No way!
Also, it seems like it is located in very good place but actually, very hard to find bcos there is no noticeable sign! This hostel is killing me.

I'm afraid I have to advise everyone against booking room in Jump Inn hostel. Because of mistakes made by staff I was forced to give my trip to Warsaw a miss. My reservation was canceled by staff after 2,5 months after booking a room and in 3 weeks before my trip (which would be in high-season, so I cannot book anything else). The manager of the hostel promised me that he would do what he could and he said that he would call me that day. Unfortunately, he didn't at all. So I warn you - if you want to HAVE a trip to Warsaw, choose the other hostel. This one I strongly unrecommend.

Best regards

i have not stayed at the Jump Inn Hostel. I have never been in Poland.

Today My bank account was charged 481.79 Euros by the Jump Inn.

There is something very dishonest going on at the Jump Inn. I have notified the police and maybe the crooks at the Jump Inn will be shut down.

We thought we'd book a weekend away, and looked on the net for a cheap flight, and Warsaw jumped up, so we went to look for accomodation on-line and Jump stood out as the cheapest, so we booked 4 beds for our group.
We found the hostel was easy to find, in a really nice area, set away from all the hustle and bussle of the busy City but still within walkng distance (10)minutes, or by tram less than 5.
We were shocked when we walked inside, all the other Youth Hostels we'd stayed at were grim, but Jump was really cheerful, and beautifully decorated in bright funky happy colours, and the place was really warm and clean.
The staff are really polite and helpful too, and actually understand English!!
Seriously, for the money there asking it's worth every penny, and included in that is breakfast, fresh linnen and free use of the internett!
The bedrooms were spacious, clean and fresh with security lockers to keep valubales safe.
The bathrooms were big, and you can either take a nice relaxing bath or nice warm shower!
When we return because we love Warsaw so much, Jump will be the only hostel we'll book up at, so what are you waiting for?

I am a really high class girl with high expectations, and this reached them!

Have fun in Warsaw staying at Jump!

Hi, I dont normally write reviews about the places I have stayed around the world, as I'm too busy with work, but this nightmare I couldnt ignore. We booked this hostel in advance for the opening game in warsaw on 8th June 2012 for 2 nights. Obviously we were lucky to get anywhere for 2 nights in warsaw during this time, but to pay €35 p/p per night for this death trap, I would rather sleep on the streets. There was 6 of us staying in the hostel, and the room was a coverted attic space, with 6 beds in it, which meant that are few heads were stuck in the corner of the appex of the roof with mouse traps right underneath your heads. The toilet was a joke, building a toilet under the sloping section of the house, meant that any man (6ft or more in height) had to lean in to go to the toilet, at there one lad in our group who experienced this. The shower was absolutly disgusting and never was cleaned, one male toilet serving approx 20 men in the hostel.......you can imagine the queues. To be honest we only could stay there by getting absolutely hammered and hitting the hay in the early hours of the morning. We came back one morning to find 2 more beds added to our already cramped attic space....and when I told the girl in reception that this was a health hazard, she just laughed at me and said "come on lads, theres plenty of room up there". The entry to our attic space was a attic loft ladder, with no railings, etc to protect anyone from falling to their death, and imagine how we survive after a nights drinking...........................SHOCKING.............I hope the authority that regulates hostels around the world take a trip to this kip and shut them down for health and safety reasons.

This hostel has one advantage- its location in the centre of Warsaw.
On the other hand: nothing. Unfriendly staff, two showers and two toilets, eventually working, per sex (over 50 people staying there), no wifi in the rooms. Rooms in prison-style and -size, no closets, no room for luggage (too small lockers in the hallway), instable selfmade beds. Pseudo-soundproof doors with 2 inches sound connection to everybody else in the hostel.
At the check-in I was'nt given a guest card which you need to enter the building at night time. I was very suprised, when I wanted to get in again and couldn't before some weird phone calls to the receptionist were made.
Most uncomfy community room in Poland ever.
Breakfast looked awful (we didn't eat it).

Room Tip: If there is no chance in getting around this hostel, take a private room for a less stable-like...
