The staff here were so helpful and very nice. When we had arrived into our room all our luggage was already there. During our stay a few of us got sick and they kindly offered to get us whatever we needed from a pharmacy. The rooms were very big and spacious and overall it was a great trip. One problem...

Perfect location just 5 minutes walk from the lake and next to a convenience store and restaurants. All the staff were lovely (including Gasper the Friendly Host), fostering a lively and friendly atmosphere and giving us lots of help to find the best spots and activities around the lake. The pub crawl was a good laugh. Kitchen could have been...

Very friendly, informative and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and clean facilities. A short walk from the lake. There was also activities organised by the hostel which were great fun. It seemed like a very popular hostel and there was a good buzz and atmosphere to it. Would recommend this hostel.

It was the cheapest hotel that we could find. It was ok but the twin room was ridiculously stuffy (rubbish fan) and the kitchen was full of flies and not very clean. It was really difficult to find, no signs for Ace of Spades at all, so make sure you get really good directions beforehand! It is in a good...

So I originally wanted to stay in another Hostel called Castle 1004, however it was booked out. Me and my friends ended up at Ace Of Spades which is the sister hostel to Castle. The two Hostels are very connected by the friendly staff and we found ourselves chatting with residents of both Hostels. It had a good atmosphere and...

Stayed in both the 8 and 10 bed dorms. Check in was great, staff friendly and informative. Rooms small and hard to get around with everyone's luggage stuffed in. Quality of furniture is started to fall apart - locker doors don't shut and staff told us to be careful on bunks as there were no stairs and people have previous...

Nice hostel, with great central location. Very friendly staff and good range of services. They will organise: Canyoning, bikes, rafting and pub crawls and will direct you to anything they do not directly provide. Cheap and ideal for students and young people, free washing facilities, close to bus station and right beside the supermarket. They only issue is the tiny...

Having spent 3 weeks travelling around Europe with friends staying in a number of different places, this was by far my favorite stop. The hostel, the staff, facilities and the location were second to none. Lake Bled is a fantastic location to holiday in, made all the better by the people there. Having spent 3 nights there, the only downside...

Con mio figlio siamo stati in una camera per otto persone, fortunatamente eravamo soli, con bagno al piano. With my son stayed in a room for eight people, fortunately we were alone, with bathroom on the floor

This place is a dream! These lads own this place and next door so you can pop between the 2. Great location at the top of the hill, large kitchen and communal area, clean and spacious! They have tours and trips going out daily and the lads make you feel at home. I would make my way back here just...
