Apartment house Neza is located in the centre of Kranjska Gora, just a few steps from the ski slopes on one side and the centre of town on the other. We offer 5 luxury equipped apartments (for 4 to 6 persons). Each apartment has a comfortable kitchen with dishwasher, cable TV, wireless internet, safe, fireplace, IR sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. The house is air conditioned, for the comfort of our guests in winter there is also an underfloor heating. At the reception there is a room where our guests can store their ski equipment, a washing machine and drier. At arrival, we serve our guests with a welcome drink and snack.

Had a fantastic holiday in these apartments. Everything about the apartment was excellent. Spotlessly clean. I loved the outdoor seating area & hot tub. A great place to relax. We were hardly inside as the weather was lovely but the air con was handy at night. Ziga was lovely & incredibly helpful & hugely knowledgeable giving us great suggestions for walking & exploring. We will be back next year.

We had taken two appartments (#4 and 5 for two couples ) during our stay in Kranjska Gora. Very neat, clean, quiet and comfortable appointment, within few minutes walk to restaurants and shops. There were not enough big pots for our cooking but Ziga brought it immediately after our request.

Thank you Sylvana&Žiga for making our stay a memorable one! The apartment was perfect for us(2 adults&2 children:9y/12y)...the wood burner gave that extra atmosphere after the complimentary plate of salami&cheese with a great bottle of wine from the “honesty”wine cellar(a really wonderful touch that!) Soaking in the jacuzzi after a long gruelling day on the slopes.....aaaaah! We’re not much of a sauna users so we didn’t take the time to do that too...but 5/5 for the apartment and it’s location(it really is 50m from the slopes!) Keep up the good work and we hope to get out to you in the future!

Apartment was wonderful!!! Exactly as the pictures. I was so impressed from the moment we arrived, so clean and perfect. Everything you could ever need in an apartment, was super cosy. The added benefit of the hot tub and sauna was just amazing. Made the trip extra special. The view was amazing, so close to the slopes and the town. Kind and generous hosts, so friendly. Very excited to go back - so beautiful!

Lovely location and fantastic place.Was great to have such a well equipped apartment for my stay. Lots to do around this area. The owners are very nice people and help me with everything, fantastic hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! I am already planning to return with my friends.

We stayed in app. 4 for 5 nights. The apartment is perfectly maintained. As well as the spa area. You have a nice view from the bedroom and the terrace towards the mountains. It is very close to the supermarket and a good location to explore the triglav park. We received very good advise from the manager for our daytrips. He really wants the best for his guests. If you visit the triglav area we really recommend to stay at House Neza!

The apartment was beautiful, with a pretty view of the mountains and ski slopes. My daughter rented two apartments for us to use. They were perfect size, one bedroom, and a couch that made into a nice bed. Big bathroom with a built in sauna. Deck had a beautiful hot tub. Kitchen was very well stocked . Even had a wine cellar downstairs where we could chose a wine for our dinner. You just make note of it and it will go on your bill. Delicious wine..... And everyone who worked there were exceptional. All very friendly and there when you need them. All of this and it's less than a 5 minute walk to the ski slopes, restaurants, and shops. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Secret place in the middle of Kranjska gora...perfect for couple escape from the ordinary days. My wife and me decide to take 3 nights in this special apartment.We were there in November and it was just amazing.The private jacuzzi under the milion stars....and we were in the bath every evening...with a glas of good vine.Looking in the sky and see a wondering star....Get inside and sit near open fire... The apartment is so modern furnitured, but on the other hand you feel so warm ,like to be at home. The owner is very nice and kind. The location is in the center of Kranjska gora...so everything is close.Its possible to walk to Gozd Martuljek or Planica,ko to Vršič,visit waterfalls....ect ect... And when you came back to appartment you feel like King and Quen there. We will go back soon. Primoz&Tanja…

Our 3rd stay at House Neza and as excellent as before. Great quiet location, spotlessly clean, and attentive friendly and helpful staff. Great family skiing in easy (1 min) walking distance from the apartment. Can't wait to return later in the year.

We were so lucky to discover these apartments for our recent family ski trip, as it is only about 20 metres walk from the nearest ski school and the slopes. Definitely close enough for 2 young children to make it to the slopes with their ski boots and equipment. The apartments are modern, comfortable and have the luxuries of a sauna and hot tub. We took the option of the 'fridge filled with goodies' which included the basic essentials - milk, tea, coffee, jam, butter, meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurt and bread for breakfast. There is also a dedicated room for storing ski equipment, including boot warmers. But it is the kindness, flexibility and hospitality of Ziga and Silvana that make it extra special!
