Apartment house Neza is located in the centre of Kranjska Gora, just a few steps from the ski slopes on one side and the centre of town on the other. We offer 5 luxury equipped apartments (for 4 to 6 persons). Each apartment has a comfortable kitchen with dishwasher, cable TV, wireless internet, safe, fireplace, IR sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. The house is air conditioned, for the comfort of our guests in winter there is also an underfloor heating. At the reception there is a room where our guests can store their ski equipment, a washing machine and drier. At arrival, we serve our guests with a welcome drink and snack.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

I booked relatively spontaneously (about 5 days before.) The owner, Ziga, was very quick to get back in touch with me by phone and kindly confirm details.
On my arrival he collected my and my dog personally from the bus station and walked with us the few minutes to the nearby appartment. Very central but also with a fantastic view directly onto the Julian mountains. This view was especially awesome when in the personal outside-Jacuzi or in the comfortable and spacious sitting area on the terrace of the appartment! The infra-re sauna (personal use in one's own bathrrom!) was also wonderful after a hard day's hike! And the cosy wood fireplace too... Also everything was more than tastefully furnished (modern yet relaxed in a natural way) and clean. Everything a true delight, I have to say.
Ziga showed me his wine cellar where you can help yourself to original Slovenian wines and then let him know afterwards what you drunk...
And you can also order a Thai massage a day in advance... but I didn't get around to this.
Ziga was exceedingly friendly and helpful and patient, not only with my special requests, but also with information about the area, going out of his way to find things out he wasn't sure about.
I also have to add how incredibly relaxed it was with his attitude towards the dog... and it was also great not having lists of rules everywhere, but simply trusting the guest to be a respectable and considerate person. If only life could always be like this from both sides!
My stay here couldn't have been more pleasant or special and I am most grateful to the host for such an unusually relaxed and special time.
(I hope that my positive review doesn't mean he will be booked out next time I wish to stay!;-)

We stayed in app. 4 for 5 nights. The apartment is perfectly maintained. As well as the spa area. You have a nice view from the bedroom and the terrace towards the mountains. It is very close to the supermarket and a good location to explore the triglav park. We received very good advise from the manager for our daytrips. He really wants the best for his guests. If you visit the triglav area we really recommend to stay at House Neza!

I stayed in House Neza in January. Service is excellent - the house managers were very helpful and friendly. Kranjska Gora itself is a fantastic place to base yourself to explore this part of Slovenia. The apartment really sleeps 2 adults comfortably; another 2 kids might fit but it would be a little crowded as there's only 1 bathroom. The sauna and hot tub worked wonderfully.

We stayed in apartment #2 at House Neža for a week in July, and it really lived up to all the fantastic reviews! The apartment is modern, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The balcony is huge, comfortably holding a large seating area, a table and chairs, two sun loungers and of course the hot tub. The hot tub is a wonderful addition, such a great way to relax at the end of the day, well worth spoiling yourself. The apartment also comes with a sauna, which we didn’t use but could see was also modern and clean. House Neža is perfectly situated in Kranjska Gora, set in a quiet area with stunning views all round to the surrounding valley and mountains. Within a few steps you are in the centre of town with access to a wide variety of places to eat and drink – it’s quite literally a two minute walk. The supermarket is also within two minutes should you need any provisions. Choose a different direction and you can be walking in forests, up secluded valleys, by rivers or lakes, in spectacular surroundings all from the door - truly an amazing place! Private car parking is provided on site and we were also given the use of bikes without charge. The manager and staff were exceptional; friendly and genuinely so helpful, I can’t praise them highly enough for making us feel comfortable and welcome. A few conversations really helped give tips for great local walks and places to see, and the pointers for places to eat were spot on. The manager doesn't live on site, but the nearby reception area often had someone on hand should you need them. This gives the perfect balance of easy access to any help you may need, but without any sense of intruding on your space. Overall House Neža is a first class base for a wide variety of activities; our intention was to relax and just add in a few short walks, but I would also definitely use this as a base for a more serious walking trip or any kind of touring. I also noticed it’s on the right side of town for easy access to the slopes should a ski trip be in order. High quality accommodation, perfect location, and superb staff; an unbeatable combination!

House Neza is the best you can get. Your own jacuzzi, sauna...there is nothing you would wish more. The owner is very friendly and it helps you with anything. The city alone and around the mountains and nature is something you could just dream.

A great location (2 minute to centre, 2 minute to shop, 2 minute to skiing), very cosy & romantic place, kind people... superb! :) Highly recommended for couples and families too! We had the most beautiful time here!

Owners are very hospitable and kind (e.g. they welcomed us with a plat of cheeses). The department is fully and well equipped. Facilities such as washing machine is very useful. Kranjska Gora is a very pleasant location to spend the evenings and restaurants and store are opened till late. All in all - House Neza is a very good choice.

I wanted somewhere special to stay for my 50th Birthday, and House Neza was it - it ticked all the boxes! The apartment was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, spacious and very modern throughout. It was extremely well appointed, even having candles, and wood for use in the wood burner! (which we did light one night as it was a bit chilly). The white fluffy dressing gowns and slippers that were provided were very much appreciated for use on the terrace when getting in and out of the hot tub! Having our own sauna in the bathroom and hot tub outside was a real treat. We were in apartment number 2 which has a beautiful large decking area, with wrattan style sun beds with cushions available to use on them. There was also a wooden table and chairs should you wish to eat outside, and of course the lovely warm hot tub complete lots of bubbles, lights and music! The only downside to apartment number 2 is that the decking area faces north, and it is rather overlooked by flats and houses. However it is very peaceful, and we never saw another person whilst on the decking area and really enjoyed the stunning mountain views to the East. It receives the morning and evening sun which was lovely, but if you wanted to sunbathe during the daytime, this would not be possible as the terrace would be shaded by the House. This was not a problem for us as we were out exploring the beautiful Kranska Gora area during the daytime. We really enjoyed using the complimentary bikes whilst we stayed to explore the surrounding areas on the flat, quiet and safe cycle paths around the town and to the next village. The town and surrounding area is beautiful. I would most definitely recommend House Neza if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, with luxury accommodation, with a Manager who is very friendly and informative.

there´s only a microwave and no owen provided in our apartments. There are a few pans of different size in the kitchen as well and as Grega B wrote, all the dishes can be prepared on the smoothtop.
