Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Near city, great rooms, clean and fresh, friendly staff that remember your past visits really feels like coming home! Included breakfast was excelent and was a-la-cart so it was individually prepared to minimize risk. All common areas are kept clean and fresh. Beautifully designed and incorporated into cool vision of modern hotel. Highly recommended even for high-end bussines trips. :)

The neighborhood and the building itself are generic. It was a good experience though. Free parking was thumbs up, proximity to the center - 5min. by car. Parking in the center is free after 5PM and Sunday.
Easy access from the highway, good breakfast, helpful reception, clean, functional room, nothing to complain.

As first time visitors to Slovenia from the United States, our stay here has been one of the highlights of our trip. Not only were the rooms comfortable and clean, but the service was top notch as well. Spela and Andrej went well above and beyond our expectations, attending to our every culinary need at the bar as well as providing great recommendations to local destinations. Ahotel proved to be a fantastic hub for our day trips to the coast as well as to Lake Bled. Highly recommend!

A disappointing experience. The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom was another matter, the light was useless - no matter whether you wanted to shave or put on makeup, you could not see what you were doing. And the makeup mirror was impossible to use unless you were very tall. And what is a bidet doing in the bathroom, why isn’t it in the toilet room???
The restaurant that is advertised doesn’t exist, the only place you can find something to eat is the overpriced lounge bar. The room service menu is that of the same lounge bar, which means that you can’t just have a sandwich or something else light.
They say that for hygiene reasons you can’t take a cup of coffee and any food from the breakfast buffet to your room, I wonder where you eat if you were to order room service ??
The staff were somewhat patronising, close to being rude.
The hotel is not at all what it pretends to be, or would like to be.
I won’t be staying there again

Amazing hotel located close to the town centre. Only about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Ljubljana. However, if you would prefer to cycle, the bikes only cost €6 for 24 hours! The breakfast included is lovely and the hotel staff were very welcoming (they provided taxis for us, gave me an iron when I needed to iron a shirt for my mums birthday and provided and gave us a bottle opener)

Would highly recommend this hotel if you wanted to spend a couple days in Ljubljana.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in every way. Spela, Kleman and Andrei were so accommodating and kind. The common dining room area was a great space to have the rest of our group over that stayed in another hotel. All the staff is engaging and provided great service. Our apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. The breakfast was exceptional all three days, our whole family loved the scrambled eggs and veggies! We would go back to visit again and take friends with us next time. Thank you for the fun memories!

Although this hotel was a little out of town, we didn’t find this a problem We caught a taxi (6euros)into the city and walked back It was perfect for driving to our day trips to. Lake Bled and the caves. Parking was easy and free The staff were helpful The apartment was clean and comfortable The breakfast was good Limited selection but tasty We would recommend staying here

Nice and clean business hotel. We picked it because we wanted a place with free parking for our car just outside the city. They had ran out of bikes but we managed to use public ones (there is a public bike service with docking stations available within a 15 minutes walk). There is a standard international breakfast which was fine but maybe it would have been nice if there was some typical Slovenian food as well. The staff is kind and keen on helping.
In the parking lot there are often mosquitos and wasps because the hotel is surrounded by fields but inside we didn’t have any issue at all. The price is on average. Recommended for a short stay.

Our accommodations were absolutely perfect. Availability for 3 traveler’s single beds was really helpful for us, the rooms very clean and smelled very good. The hotel staff were so kind to us and last minute adjusted for a late check in because our train got severely delayed. The free breakfast was also very good and had lots of offerings, beyond a typical hotel breakfast (even ones we paid for!)

As the title suggests, it was the price that attracted us to this hotel. First impression upon arrival was that we had made the wrong choice because it is further out than imagined. However, once settled, on reflection, we would have made the same decision for taxis were dead easy to organise, very efficient and reasonably priced at 6 euros each way. Basically, 4 taxis a day to cover the travel in and out for day time viewing followed by night time eating and you were still saving a lot of money compared to the centrally located hotels that were incredibly expensive by comparison.
Room was good size, modern, clean and comfortable.
All staff were warm, welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast was typical European and fine.

There are some rooms that resemble to appartments at ground floor. They have easy access as you dont need to use the elevator nor the stair case. Morover, the restaurant can be found at the same floor. I hope this helped

Hello, in premium rooms they have tea and coffee maker. Ljubljana is a small city, you can go around the sights in a day. I don't remember if I have seen any hop on hop off bus. The evenings at river bank are awsome!
