Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights on a city break, the hotel is a short walk to the city centre and the train station is around 10 mins away (where you can take a coach to Lake Bled). The room was comfortable, clean, the bathroom modern, we had castle views from the window. Breakfast had a great selection for a European hotel, lots of pastries, cereals, healthy options, cold meats etc. They had a lovely selection of herbal teas and honey from the beehives at the top of the hotel. Reception staff were polite and spoke good English, they were also very helpful with recommendations for sightseeing. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is pretty nice, though I’m not sure I’d choose the interior design colors. Room was clean when I first got it. Bathroom door wasn’t closing properly. Lots of TV channels to choose from. The walls are thin- you hear a lot of corridor noise. In general I had good time in spite of a very unpleasant incident with the receptionists (they apologized later). I wouldn’t pay extra for a castle view room as I did this time. It’s really not too impressive as you can see yourselves in the picture. Breakfast was good. Reasonable variety and fresh. Location is good. They started a pilot where they only clean your room upon request. I love the plan but! When I did ask to clean it, my mouth washing glass wasn’t changed and the room wasn’t as clean as when I first got it. I’m quite specific person and my standards are high but I do recommend this hotel in spite of the deficiencies. It’s not much to improve and I hope it will. If you’re sensitive to noise, it might not be suitable for you.

This was a cut above the other B&B hotel we have stayed at in the south of France.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well designed, except there is no where to put items in the shower. Just a small shelf would make a big difference.

The breakfast serves a buffet breakfast for €10. However there is enough space for them to provide a kettle and small fridge in the room. This would make it an excellent choice.

The area immediately around hotel is shabby looking apartment buildings but just at the end of the street you cross over into the cobblestoned area with lots of eateries.

Location was a good choice to be close to train station and the old town/river area.

Also loved the information the hotel provided about how they are trying to have less environmental impact.

I just asked for a little printed card and chocolate as a surprise for my husband upon arrival. Was told it would cost 20€, I do not mind actually. It is my request. But instead i was the one surprised coming to our room seeing red wine, special Chocolates, a greeting card and jar of honey from their own bee farm! I was not charge at all it became a complimentary gift instead! I am so shy about this, the staff went all the way I was so moved by the gesture ❤️ The roof top view is to die for, location is very near from the center, parking slot is litterally across the street, cheap ( 16€/24hrs) and well secured! The room is modern and as a person with asthma and allergy, it was such a dream not having an attack! Aircon was superb totally kept us cool on a 32 degree heat! The bathroom is the finale, my husband of 6'5 almost do not want to leave the rain shower it fitted him perfectly! Words are not enough, this hotel is charging lower than they should! Wish we could stay longer, well another reason to go back in Lhubljana! Really recommendable! ❤️

The B and B Ljubljana Park Hotel is very conveniently located just a short five minute walk from the Old Town. That is the only plus of this hotel. When we reached the hotel at 1:00 pm , the lady at the reception did not look too pleased to see us and told us to return at 3:00 pm for the check in although the time given is 2:00 pm. We kept our bags and prepared to leave when my husband asked her if we could have one room ahead of time to freshen up. She then gave us both rooms leaving us wondering why she had said 3:00 pm earlier. The room is very very small - two medium sized suitcases cannot be opened simultaneously in the room! The linen and bath are clean. The room does not have a tea/coffee maker. However, the tea/ coffee dispenser behind the reception has it - for a price. This is surprising because hotels that do not have tea/ coffee in the room have them free of cost at the reception for guests. The hotel has no umbrellas for guests who are asked to buy them for 9 euros. Breakfast was okay.

We had a super stay, from check-in to check-out! Very friendly staff and tasty breakfast with lots of different options. The room was clean, comfortable, modern, and spacious - we had an amazing view over the city! The hotel is just a few mins walk from the Old Town and city center of Ljubljana, and about 10 mins from the bus station. It also takes sustainable initiatives for the environment, as noted around the hotel. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

No sleep. Very loud rooms, you hear people talking all night. Doors to the floor cannot be closed completely. Light shining from the floor into your room. Noise everywhere. Go somewhere else if you want to sleep. Coffee tastes terrible from the machine.

Good afternoon. Unfortunately, the experience of staying at this hotel was negative. the administrator Arman was very unfriendly. I traveled with a child less than 1 year old. It was very important to disinfect the bottles by boiling. but the hotel did not provide me with either a kettle or access to the restaurant. offering only to buy 100 ml boiling water for tea for money. the child was left without clean bottles and the administrator Arman refused to help resolve this issue.

Amazing hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The rooms were really nice, clean and modern. The the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated how they are environmentally conscious. The best fast that was included was a classic hotel breakfast, but filled us up until late afternoon. The location was 6mins away from all main attractions. Highly recommend.
