Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Excellent value apartment/studio style room. Very good location, within walking distance to a lot of the main sights of Budapest. Located on a street with several restaurants and a coffee shop right next door. Lots of other restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk.
We arrived in the early hours and were given clear instructions for entry and access to our room. There was someone on reception during the daytime and a luggage room was available for use on our last day after checkout. We would definitely return if we come back to Budapest.

Room was a really good size, warm as well, I never felt cold which is always a plus for me. Bed was comfortable. Good instructions left from staff as reception is not 24 hours. Great location, it's very central, the Ferris Wheel and St Peters Basilica aren't far, and around a 6 min walk to the 100E bus stop that takes you to the airport. Only reason it didn't get the full rating was it could be quite noisy on a morning (my room was ground floor and close to reception) and my shower had a very annoying curtain that blew inward, leaving me very little space to move, the sooner that's changed to glass, the better. Overall I enjoyed my stay

This serviced apartment is centrally located, 5 mins walk from Deák Ferenc tér (where you can catch metro, tram and Airport bus). There are a lot of eateries in the area. The Chain Bridge is just 15 mins walk away; the Buda Castle and the Hungarian Parliament are within walking distance too. The room is clean and apparently newly renovated. The room size is decent, and it was nicely quiet at night during my stay.

Decent, functional hotel in a great location in the middle of all the action. It was just a five minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off. Don’t expect luxury, but the room was clean, the shower was hot and there’s a kitchen and fridge. Minor criticisms - the shower is a bit odd, having one of those shower heads that points away from where you stand, and the bed is that squidgy memory foam style which I don’t enjoy but might not be an issue for others. TV shows only Hungarian channels. Staff very chilled and there’s a luggage storage room. Happy!

This was a great base, at a very reasonable price for the time of year, with which to explore Budapest. Many major attractions in easy walking distance, hop on hop off bus stop only 10 minutes away, and only 5 minutes to a metro station. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants close by too.

The Reception staff were friendly and helpful, when we arrived we did not have a fridge in our kitchen area as it had broken, but a new one was brought to us in no time along with some complimentary bottled water. The room had everything you needed for a few days visiting the city on a self catering basis, the air conditioning worked well, and it was needed as it was extremely warm. We were on the first floor and it was quiet, we never heard anyone coming or going in the evenings. We also used the car pick up service on arrival at the airport, this was offered to us by email when we booked and it worked perfectly.

There was only a couple of negatives really, and they certainly didn’t spoil our stay in any way, the double bed was actually two singles pushed together and it wasn’t that comfortable. The shower was powerful and warm but it needed to be held in your hand all the time, if you put it in the holder on the wall you had to turn the pressure right down to a trickle or it just blasted over your head and made the floor very wet.

All in all a very enjoyable stay and would recommend to others.

The appartement was great and on a good location. It was clean and nicely made. The bed was good and for two persons. The staff was really nice and helpfull. The breakfast everymorning was not very varied but there was enough choice and it was well made. Only the wifi was not very good and did not work most of the time.

Pros
The location is great: on the side street of the main road, close to many key landmarks: 10 min walk to ruin bars, 5 min walk to St Stephen Basilica and fashion street, 15-20min walk to the Parliament
Building and c.30min walk to Buda Castle across the Chain Bridge. There are two coffee shops 1min walk away - Starbucks and Costa. Both open at 7am on workdays and 8am on a weekend and close at 10pm. These two were saving us in the morning - the kitchenette in the apartment had no coffee maker.
Also plenty of food stores of different sizes nearby should you choose to eat in. Lots of bars and restaurants a few mins walk away.
Haven’t tried the breakfast at the hotel. I thought it was overpriced at €7 per day per head. I recommend buying produce and cooking breakfast at the apartment. We loved local fresh bread, cheeses, salami, butter.
They have 24hr reception and very friendly and helpful staff.
The cleanness level is good and the apartments are relatively recently refurbished
The apartment has well equipped kitchenette: microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery etc - it only lacks a coffee machine
There was a fan aircon in the living room and an oil radiator in each bedroom - you won’t be cold. We also found two additional blankets in the wardrobe.

Cons
Noise levels. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and you can hear all that is going on in the hallway and neighbouring rooms. I can’t say that there were loud parties or anything like that. Just neighbours coming in/leaving/talking in their rooms. Other than that I think this is rather quiet accommodation. But as a note to light sleepers - get your earplugs ready.
Very strong fragrance of laundry detergent from bedlinen. I even had trouble falling asleep the first night. I’d recommend they use something with more neutral fragrance or unfragranced altogether.
No windows in two little bedrooms. Not that it bothered us a lot and I realise it is a converted apartment but I’d certainly prefer to have full size rooms with windows.
WiFi was a bit slow at times

Stayed here for 6 nights with my boyfriend over New year pros being, the location is fab right in the heart of the city. The rooms are very clean and modern with an excellent daily cleaning service. The beds are comfortable and there is a fully functioning kitchenette should you choose to eat in. There is also 24 hour reception available. Cons would be the walls are very thin to the point you can hear the exactly what the room next door is saying. The television had a very poor signal which made it very hard to watch, should you want to. There was no where to sit and eat your meals if you chose to use the kitchenette. There was 2 dining chairs but no table? All in all for the location and price of the hotel you can't beat it. It's clean and modern and for a city break that's all we really needed.

The people who checked us in were friendly enough (and continued to be friendly throughout), but that doesn't stop the room we stayed in from being the single most terribly designed hotel room I've ever experienced.

For starters, there's a kitchenette, dining chairs - but no table. Eating was difficult. (There was a dresser though! No idea why!) There also aren't enough power plugs in the kitchen to use all appliances at once, nor is there any coffee to actually make use of the machine.

Space in general is a problem - there's no floor space due to the furniture and kitchenette, so there's nowhere to put decent size suitcases.

This continues into the bathroom. There's a bidet for some reason, even though there's basically no space between the toilet and shower.

The shower head is mounted at a fixed spot on the wall, so the shower stream is basically on a horizontal pitch - straight out the door which creates flooding really easily.

Biggest problem? No air con. It was unusually hot in Budapest and the window of this room opened an inch. Sleeping was actually impossible - not helped by the fact the walls were paper thin.

I don't know if all rooms are like this, but if you get stuck in here, RUN AWAY. Not a great experience. Cough.
