I think this is the same place it’s called intercity hotel and it’s close to one of the arenas and opposite the train station.
Great hotel, clean, tidy friendly staff, and a great bar. Great breakfast lovely food close to everything and easy to get to from the airport, which is 100 E bus then a short journey on the underground

My boyfriend and I like to take city breaks every few months to different and exciting European cities. In September we chose Budapest as our next location. My boyfriend found the InnerCity apartments and booked one up straight away as we had previously only stayed in hotels. About a week before we left for Budapest we emailed to check the process of checking in and the easiest way to get there. The gentleman who runs the business kindly offered to pick us up (and take us back to the airport at the end of our stay) for just 20Euros each way. This was a much better plan than getting the metro because we got to see the whole of Pest in the car and also he was so informative and told us so much interesting history about the city. On arrival at the apartments, they were spotless and so spacious. We were greeted warmly and given a map to help us find our way around. We had a great time in Budapest and this was largely made possible by the outstanding locations of the apartments - you can literally walk anywhere! My partner and I used the metro once but only for the experience not out of necessity. Anyone looking to stay in Budapest I would highly recommend InncerCity apartments. Already trying to organise to go back and will definitely stay there again!

It is located close to all main attractions, everything can be reached simply by walking, we didn't use the local transporation at all. The builiding has a private secure parking, which is perfect because you don't have to worry for the security of your car. Also, the communication with the owner was perfect, the contact person gave us useful details and tipps regarding the city. All in all, I recommend InnerCity Apartments to whoever wants to visit Budapest and looks for a clean apartment, close to the main attractions, with a secure parking place and a good price regarding the conditions offered.

Zoltan arranged transport from the airport for us at a minimal cost. It was great after a long flight to be escorted to our accomodations. He and his wife own 16 apartments in the building. Our apartment was unbelievable! 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, 2 and a half baths, 2 balconies and right in the center of Pest, easy walking distance to everything. Zoltan sat with us for 15 minutes upon arrival and gave us ideas, directions and answered any questions we had. The apartment was clean and very up to date. 24 hour security guard at the door, but the area is totally safe. The cost was so reasonable, approximately 85 Euro per night which includes everything. Cannot say enough good things about Zoltan and the apartment! What a pleasure to stay here.

InnerCity Apartment 5
Liked: good location (central, but on a quiet street), modern building, basement parking, nice furniture, kitchen fully equipped, tee and sugar for free, washing machine, air conditioner.
Not liked: tiny TV set (but the owner said that normally is a bigger one available, but it was broken then), the bath had an unpleasant smell, probably caused by a very high degree of humidity - the bath has no window.
The owners are very kind. The owner recommended us 5 restaurants, very good and divers ones. When we left, I forgot my jacket in the apartment. I wrote to the owners about this and they sent my jacket by mail. And they did not accept to pay them back for the expedition. I would like to thank them again by this way!

Everything was perfect for staying at the apartment with your family, although I was alone. I didn't find anything negative about it. Very close to the important part of the city. And you may order transfer from and to the airport if you needed for 20 Euro. Thank you guys.

Lovely apartments beside lots of restaurants and bars! Apartment was clean and homely. Zoltan arranged for one of his drivers to pick us up from the airport and he himself brought us back! It was a nice touch...I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and I would 100% stay again!

We booked the apartment and later had questions, thatwere answered immediately by Andrea and Zoltand who we later found out were the owenrs. Zoltand picked us up from the airport and gave us a small tour of the city around the apartment and gave us suggestions of sites to see and restaurants and local bars. Their hospitality was extremely welcomed, and we would highly recommend the InnerCity Apartments to anyone who is thinking of going to Budapest. The location is the best to walk everywhere. Thanks Andrea and Zoltand for making our stay so pleasurable. Warmest regards, S, S, E, and D

We have just come back from a 3 night stay in Budapest and we were very happy with Innercity Apartments. The setup is a bit strange in that Zoltan, the owner, has built the business up from purchasing a percentage of flats in the block (currently totalling 16) and thus cannot provide a reception service as there is already a concierge office at the entrance. He has an office on the ground floor and tries to keep himself available should his guests require assistance. The studio flat we rented was well maintained, very quiet and good value. The location is excellent, close to a parallel alleyway of trendy bars and restaurants and a short walk from the main attractions and the Danube. Zoltan provides a taxi service to and from the airport and is great for information and tips.

We stayed a few nights in Budapest in the Studio 2 Apartment and were very happy with everything. We were greeted by Zoltan who made us feel very welcomed and gave us some tips on some of his favourite local restaurants (which were great), the local sites to see & how to get around (mainly suggested walking).
The apartments are within 2-10 minutes walk of most of the attractions on the pest side (jewish quarter / deak square / opera house / danube river / chain bridge etc..)
Very nice and clean apartments with air conditioniong and washing machine in the room. The television had 3 english channels and a music channel (playing popular music). Kitchen included fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all the plates, pots and pans you would need. Plenty of late opening supermarkets available within 5 minutes walk so the kitchen was well used.
Free WIFI with excellent connection speed is always a bonus!
Highly reccomend as an alternative to an expensive Hotel or budget Hostel @ 50 Euro per night!
