Such a fabulous apartment! Would highly recommend for anybody looking for a beautiful place to stay on their trip. It was perfect location ( right beside szimpla Kert) and very reasonably priced. The staff went above and beyond and just a super lovely stay here :)

Beautiful apartment, wonderful and very helpful Francesco! My husband and I had a great time in Budapest. Apartment is ideal with a bus stop stops just at the outside the house and the metro just a bus stop away. You can get to everything very quickly and easily. Shopping is easy with several different stores at the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful and has everything you can possibly need. In the summertime make sure that you book the extra air conditioning and you will have a perfect stay in Budapest. We will be back! Francesco is a wonderful person.

Francesco is legit; when you book you'll be greeted by email, and he follows up. We met him at the door of the apartment (Racozki ut 20) after we arrived by train from Keleti. The apartment is located on a rather busy street, but his apartments (I believe he has 3) are on the 4th floor. I stayed in room 2, which was spacious; a huge bathroom with a garden tub, and the bedroom was up in the loft. Big closet, kitchen, everything in the apartment is new and modern in design. It looks like an IKEA showroom. The bed was super comfortable, and there's a single bed in the loft as well. (I traveled with my wife and 2 young children). The windows are double paned so traffic noise was minimal. There's even an AC, although I didn't use it during my April visit. My one suggestion is that I couldn't find instruction manuals on the appliances (obviously, it doesn't take a scientist to figure out how a microwave and a coffee machine works, but I couldn't tell if the washer was a washer/dryer combo. (There was a clothes rack though, so maybe it wasn't). The building is very secure, as you'll get 3 keys for entry. There's numerous grocery options within 100 meters of the building, a drugstore across the street, and it's about 200 meters from Astoria metro on the M2 line. If you're willing to walk, you can reach the Danube in about 20 minutes, but the trams are easy to use. So the apartments are clean, modern, safe, ideally located, and oh, the best part. 55 euro a night. 220 euro for my 4 night stay. (You do have to pay in full when you check in though). Unbelievable in my opinion as I've stated in far worse places for twice that price (my Barcelona apartment of comparable quality was 140 euro a night). I told Francesco that he needs to boost his rent, as his place is worth so much more. So hurry up and book, and sorry...

The apartment we stayed in is well equipped even for a longer stay with fully functional kitchen. Modernly designed and very clean. Location is very good, the inner city centre is within 10 minutes of walk. Numerous bars, restaurants, grocery shops all around the apartment. Free wifi. Great touch with a led colour mood light.

We spent 4 nights in the Welcome Budapest Apartments. We booked a Duplex Superior Studio during our stay. We can't recommend this place enough! It was just fabulous!! :) The pictures that you see on the website are exactly as you will find your apartment. The apartments are well equipped and very clean with everything you could need for a short stay in Budapest.
The location couldn't have been any better. It is around the corner from the Jewish quarter that is home to lots of lovely restaurants and ruin bars (szimpla is a must see!) Budapest is a big city, but we could walk almost everywhere from the apartment. If not, a metro stop is a 2 minute walk away. It is above Tesco which was very handy for buying our breakfast in the morning.
The receptionists were so friendly and lovely to deal with. We had a late night arrival, but they ensured there was someone there to meet us when we arrived. He took time to go through tourist attractions and made some nice recommendations for our stay (despite the late arrival time). There was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived which was a lovely touch.
There is free WiFi in the apartments which was fast. Had no problems with it. The room is also equipped with LED mood lighting. Very nice for setting a romantic scene ;)
These apartments are amazing and made our stay in Budapest. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful trip :)

I spent 3 nights here with 7 friends. We had booked 3 apartments and having viewed all 3, I can honestly say that they were all of the same high standard. Easily accessible to the sights, bars and restaurants with Tesco next door and Spar across the road. The facilities were excellent, from the lounge to the kitchen, all were fully functional and the beds were comfortable. You'll need to organise transport to and from the airport as there are no direct buses, however, a taxi costs approx £19 each way, so not too expensive. Such a great experience, I have already booked to go back with my husband in February 2016.

As a frequent traveler I can categorize as one of the nicest Apartments I have stayed in. We had the superior one and it was very cosy clean and cute.
When opening the window it was very loud especially during the night. But this is the negative for booking Apartments in the center :). I know where im staying my next visit again, thank you!

the appartment was highly equiped as they prommised in their advetising, and looked exactly as in the booking site.
we were family staying there for 5 days and we were very satisfied indeed.
a very appropriate compensation to our money and not expensive at all.

I stayed in a studio apartment here whilst working in Budapest and was very impressed.

The apartment itself was clean, modern and well equipped with large TV, CD player very comfortable furniture & bed.

The kitchen was also fully equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave and coffee machine.

My hosts were helpful and spoke good English.

Payment & filling forms had to be completed the morning after my evening arrival which required going back to the apartment from work - but was done efficiently and took only 15 minutes.

The free water, wine and snacks waiting in the apartment on arrival were a welcome and pleasant surprise.

Great location handy to trams and the metro with a Tesco express right next door.

Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

One thing to note is that the Air Conditioning, listed with the other facilities on Booking.Com is in fact only available at an extra cost of 5 euros per day.
