Very nice hotel, excellent service, very good location and connection with the rest of the city. We were also satisfied with the parking place. There was nice view from the rooms. The staff was very professionally.

A really horrible, postcommunist style with absolutely unfriendly staff. Always full with poor russian or chinese tourists. Low quality with high rates. The prices like in Hilton Budapest, but basically a poor, smelthy, dirty motel (NOT hotel)...

the view was unique view, the room was cozy. The lamp was unfortunately blinking. The service was just fine. We didn't have breakfast. We slept really well. Recommended for everyone who'd like to have a fair price accommodation in Budapest.

Hotel Budapest can be rated as average 3 star hotel, definitely not a 4 star hotel, not even very good 3 star hotel. It is old, it has this soviet communistic style. You can see that the same minute you enter hotel. Staff is excellent, friendly and helpful, but everything else not. Rooms on the lower floor has damaged and...

The bad: The furniture was old and overall worn down, the carpets were dirty (more like really old than not cleaned well - you can clean as good as you want but the age will show). The one thing that I...

We had a great time, and enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. As well as the tram, the hotel is on the cog railway, which is worth taking to see a different aspect of Buda. You have to take a thermal bath !
