We stayed 2 nights in this hotel Dec, 1 and 2, 2012 and were very impressed with the attention given to each guest. We had a situation where one of our suitcases got left at the airport and another person's suitcase came to the hotel with us. The young man at the desk was so helpful in getting our suitcase...

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and found the staff to be very friendly, we stayed on a B&B basis and found it to be a very good continental breakfast that set you up for the rest of the day. The hotel was located about 200 metres from the underground and was very handy for...

Great hotel 5 minutes walk from Heroes Square and a 10-15 minute bus ride from the centre of town. Clean towels every day and the staff friendly and polite. Had a meal in the hotel restaurant a couple of times. Food was good and reasonably priced. Would recommend both the hotel and Budapest. A wonderful city with plenty to see...

I stayed at the hotel for three nights at the end of December with my wife and my 9 year old daughter. At first there was a misunderstanding regarding my pre paid voucher with an unprofessional and at times even rude receptionist. At one point, he even suggested that I had forged my pre paid voucher that I presented to...

The hotel is situated in quiet area not far from the Budapest Keleti p.u. train station. It took me about 20 minutes of walking, which was quite refreshing after long time spent on train. At the arrival to the hotel`s reception I was unpleasantly surprised by the receptionists. They were very busy talking to each other and to consequently arrived...

The hotel is located in a very attractive, safe part of the city close to the park, Heroes Square and the zoo and has good transport links to the city centre (the underground trains are every 3 minutes). The hotel was built in communist era and is very stark in its decoration but who cares when it offers clean functional...
