It's our 2nd time in this hotel and the LAST one. We and our parents, arrived to the hotel around 17:30 pm, after a long way from Slovenia. We was tired an exhausted after 6 hours on the roads, and just dreaming of laying our head to rest. When we got our rooms, we was SHOKED, we couldn't believe its...

Friendly staff and very clean, cheap hotel. It is right next to the main train station and metro. We had a great view of Budapest. The breakfast had enough choice for everyone. I would highly recommend.

This hotel is awful, we were given one room and is was what we thought the worst room we've ever had so asked reception for another, well this one was just as bad. The bathroom door was being held together by a block of wood. There was cigarette burn marks in curtains. The pillows were yellow!! Stains on the bedding...

Having looked at trip advisor reviews my expectations weren't very high and when we got to our room I wasn't too impressed. The room was very hot and dated with no tea and coffee facilities and it does need a refurb. However the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast ok and it was clean and easy to access...

I hate criticising someone else's business and livelihood but something has to be said We stayed there for 30 minutes and moved to another hotel. Friendly enough staff but dirty rooms with no kettle and a TV from the 1970s It may have been a 4* a very long time ago but now it's barely better than a hostel

I stayed here middle of March for 2 nights, it was in a good location and well connected by the metro, but the hotel was tired and not massively clean. It was perfectly pleasant and the staff were very nice and helpful. The bathroom had a stain in the bath, the towels were paper thin, we had booked a twin...

I was hugely concerned give the previous reviews however my experience is that it is clean, tidy and our double room is very spacious. The water is hot and plentiful. As noted previously the towels are not to U.K. Standards being thin and with some holes but are clean. A bit if evidence of water marked carpet in the corridors...

We booked this short break from a Groupon advertising flight and guaranteed 4 star hotel for a very small price. We were offered a twin room first but when we discussed this with reception, they changed us to a double room. From our room you can see kaleti station where you can catch the metro, but there are also lots...

We were impressed by the location( just a few steps from the metro )and the really friendly helpful staff. Our room was small but ok, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Shower was fine with plenty of hot water Breakfast offered a wide choice of dishes. When returning home we got to the airport and I realised...
