Maybe they thought we were VIPs? Because the staff at Casati sure treated us like it. From the moment we made our reservation, Casati stayed in contact, responded to questions, was friendly and helpful, we just can't say enough. Our room was spotless, and so very comfortable. What a lovely find this hotel was, breakfast good choice, rooms lovely, absolutely spotless throughout. Staff friendly and very helpful. Location is perfect. Can't find a fault to say about the hotel. Will sure be back next January

We visited the casati for three nights. This hotel is in the center ,1 minute from the Opera. Our room was big nice ,comfortable and clean .The breakfast was good with many choices . Unfortunately the wifi was bad

Casati was very clean and well maintained. The location could not be better. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The staff was helpful and courteous. Wifi was a bit spotty but it got the job done. I was lucky and received a mini suite for the price of a room, nice since it had a small balcony...

Just loved this hotel...so funky & fresh. Located in a really vibrant part of Pest, just beside the opera house and close to everything.Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Quiet hotel on a sidestreet in the heart of BP. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Big (too big?) room facing the courtyard. Room was clean with a great bathroom, not very cozy though. The breakfast was OK. Best thing was the beautiful interior with interesting details in every corner. Don't forget to try the tasty drinks in the next door...
