District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.

What’s the best way to get from the airport to the hotel? Does the hotel offer a shuttle?
My wife and i caught the 100E airport express bus from outside the airport. Out of arrivals turn left pass the Fo taxi office the bus stop is around 50 metres away from arrivals exit. It is only 900 HUF one way. The bus stops near Deak ferenc ter around 200 metres away from the hotel on Karoly krt. Same going back to airport although bus stop is on opposite road. The hotel is very nice, helpful and willing to order you a taxi should you wish, but unless you have a lot of luggage I wiuld get the airport express. regards and enjoy your stay, Neil
