You just want a bed, a place to sleep ? This is the hotel to go in Budapest ! You will find rooms for two at less than 35 Euro. It is clean, good beds, staff is friendly, but nothing fancy. What one really needs is there, what you might expect to find in a hotel, might not be available.... More

They initially gave me room 212 with a view on the street. Several tramlines pass there every 5 minutes starting 4am. VERY NOISY! Next day they offered to move me to a room facing the pool (back). They proposed room 7, but showed me room 2 which is supposed to be identical cause room 7 still occupied and needed cleaning.... More

I stayed with my dad and upon arrival we he our rooms moved to ground floor due to mobility issues and this was done without any issues at all ! It's basic but that's what the price would state but it's clean and the breakfast is a functional cold buffet Rooms have a mini bar which is a touch and... More

+ great location (near Margit bridge & close distance to citycenter & parliament) very nice & helpful staff 3 pools available rooms are small, but everything is clean and tidy super-low price - hotel & pools really old, renovation would be very appropriate noise of tram which driving every few minutes day & night is disturbing rooms which have windows... Positives: + great matraces (bought from Mariot hotel) + outside heated pool + location (close to public transport, bike-sharing station, 40 min. of walking to parliament) Negatives: - hotel rooms facing street are below street level - you have to have covered window by curtain all the time. On the windows are lattices, which feels like in prizon - rooms... More

The hotel is very basic and the rooms are tiny, there is quite a lack of in-room facilities; however air conditioning and wi-fi work. There are few rooms that offer quiet nights so make sure you ask for rooms 001 - 010. Other ones face the street and you wake up at every tram passing by. Breakfast is very basic,... More

I chose this hotel as its close to Molnar Janos cave. My room was on the ground floor which made it difficult to sleep due to the tram going back and the local drunks making noise. The rooms are very basic but will work for a few days. Bathrooms are tiny and drainage was marginally ok. other than that ,... More

Fair hotel with well-known swimmingpool for fast swimming training. Basic breakfast, basic equipment in room, low priced and central in Budapest, normally it would have been a pleasure to stay, but the shower and toilet were not functioning how it should be. small investment in that and than absolutely worthwile a visit.

The room and bathroom were both pretty small, although that was not a problem for us. The beds are small and uncomfortable. The sheets to the beds was only changed one time in five days. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours. Tram stop is right next to the hotel, so it's easy to get to the... More
