We stayed for 4 night city break, this hotel in a good location, it is modern, very clean and all that you require for a city break. Our room was large, with large amount of wardrobe space with safe. Good coffee and tea making facilities. The room had calming decor but we found the mattress a little uncomfortable. The room was clean and serviced well. The shower head is a little low and is positioned above the bath but is not that inconvenient.

The staff were all very helpful and professional. We received a good welcome on arrival. One of us suffers from food allergies and we informed the hotel before our stay so gluten free bread, soya butter, soya cheeses, soya yoghurt was available each day to supplement the other variety of foods available for breakfast.

Trams, buses and the metro are only a few minutes walk from the hotel and the public transport service is very good.

Overall we had a great stay and would recommend as a very good hotel for a city break.

Stayed at the hotel 5 nights. Because of Corona you got your breakfast to go in a plastic bag (baguette, snack bar and 0,5 l water). The beds are very hard, but the cleaning of the rooms is 5/5. Excellent location, next to the main street. Because The rooms are towards a indoor Atrium it's very quiet during night time, no extra noise, just peacefull sleep. Personel at the front desk 24/7.

Myself and My best friend visited atrium fashion for 4 nights 2-6th April 2023. In the lead up to our trip emails were sent back and forth to reception to confirm booking and airport transfers etc. Response was super quick and very helpful. Upon arriving we were warmly greeted at the front desk as it was late at night the lady on the desk was still smiley and helpful.
We checked into our room which was clean and more spacious than other European hotel rooms I have stayed in. The bathroom came equipt with shower and basic toiletries along with a hair dryer. The shower was brilliant very powerful and hot.
The beds were basic but comfy. We were greeted with a lovely note welcoming us for a birthday stay along with tea/coffee/water and 2 complimentary small bottles of bubbles for us to enjoy. There is a small fridge in the room too which is handy for storing water and milk ( rooms do not come with milk for your coffee ~ we had to borrow some from a member of staff as it was too late to go to the shop.) There are plenty of shops near by for groceries.

The downsides;
It is HOT! Being April I did expect the heating on but even at its lowest setting the heat was uncomfortable at night. The air con worked but the sound made it impossible to sleep with so we had it off but woke up feeling dehydrated and restless.
There is no outside window (room 205) I believe all rooms look onto the centre of the hotel which is nice but made naturally waking up difficult as you couldn't judge the time outside without looking at our phones.
It is also a bit noisy first thing in the morning as you can hear breakfast being prepared and on the first night I heard a guest snoring so loudly other guests were shouting at him from other rooms!
There is a lift which is helpful.

Breakfast was brilliant. Lots of choice and a few cooked items alongside cereals, breads, meals, cheese etc and never ending coffee, tea and juices - you can help yourself all day long if you wanted.

Location is fantastic. We were within walking distance to everything ( about 45mins to Margaret island) but busses and trams run regularly from the other side of the hotel. A 24hr travel pass costs just 2500 HUF. You don't need to validate this before use and they can be purchased at metro stations. You also don't need to scan or show the driver unless asked. Board busses at the front of the bus only.

Overall we are really happy with our stay and had it not been for the pure heat of the hotel then it would be a 5* but lots of walking and exploring meant our sleep was deprived.

Thank you Atrium! You've been a blast! Xx

I have poor mobility and was allocated a huge downstairs room with walk in shower.
I was anxious having read some of the reviews, however, my short stay was EXCELLENT from the moment I checked in on Wednesday until I left today.
This hotel is in an excellent position with tram, bus, train stops a few yards away.
Also a huge supermarket very close by as well as lovely bakery, Burger King and a Macdonalds just across the road with a kebab shop.
Turn left and there is an Indian and Chinese restaurant.
The hotel is just in the right place to enjoy Budapest with connections to so many places due to the excellent Transport facilities outside the hotel.
My room was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you would expect.
I saw and spoke to numerous reception staff who.were happy and talkative, always wanting to help me with my walking aid.
Breakfast had both hot and cold food with a tremendous selection of fresh food.
Overall, I am sure you will have an excellent experience at the Atrium, I will certainly return soon to further explore Budapest.

Hotel is situated close to shops, bars & restaurants & within a 15 - 20 minute walk of most sights, or access to them.
The rooms are basic but functional. The bedroom itself was clean & fresh, but the bathroom needed some attention - broken floor tiles, shower screen which did not stay open when using the shower & then flooded the bathroom.
The dining room felt like a cafeteria & the food was never very warm. There was a bar but we never saw it open.
Would choose a different hotel if we make a return visit.

Amazing hotel, located in Central of Budapest with all main attractions near by, via Metro, trams, and buses transport.
Hotel is located in a peaceful location, with all major amenities I.e foods, shops, money exchanges all within walking distance. For example McDonald's is 1min away, tesco store 6minutes, kebab shops 10 seconds away, and they do best choices of kebabs for vegetarian and meat choices, 700huf, approx
£1 .30 , fresh and tasty. Transport is minute away on main road..
Breakfast is absolutely fantastic, plenty of choices, 24/7 tea, coffee, fruit drinks, snacks n fruits available by Breakfast area. Very clean and spotless hotel.
Friendly staff, helpful and efficient.
Rooms big and clean. Fridge and kettle with tea/coffee facilities in the room. Value for money and high-speed Internet.
Highly recommended.

i have mixed review on this hotel. I arrived on Thursday at around 12pm and were told my room will only be available later in the day although I phoned them in advance a few days prior to my arrival to confirm my booking and early arrival and confirm my late check out on my final day. I eventually got placed in room 108 with an atrium view. My first night I thought it might just be me having to get use to a different environment and falling asleep was difficult with the atrium speakers pumping out music, reception noises filtering through in the early hours of the morning and at 3.30am the staff sets up for breakfast by the use of moving trolleys from kitchen to the atrium. On my second night with no more than a few hours sleep I phoned reception twice only after my third call arount 4.50am to complain about the noises. I went to complain in person and were given a different room 409 - What a difference but by then I was already not enjoying my stay. The afternoon before my departure the next day I wanted to confirm with reception my late check out as I wished to leave at 1pm and was willing to pay the extra charge if any. The receptionist was very rude that if he had to extend my check out time housekeeping will then not be able to finish at 4pm and there has been other guests already requested late check out. I tried to explain to him that I actually phoned in advance to do the request and I mentioned the hotel policy he then confirmed that he can only give me an hour until 12pm which I accepted. Next day while I was busy getting ready for check out housekeeping entered my room by 11.05am by then I just had enough. The only plus side to this visit was the decent breakfast in the morning .

For the price we paid we were pleasantly surprised! The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, but the breakfast really surprised us! There was a lot of choice, the food was really good, and there even was gluten free options available which are usually hard to find! The staff was very accommodating and the 24h reception real handy. We will definitely be back!
Also we very much appreciated finding a full water bottle in our room as we checked in on a very hot day, and very happy that the room had a safe.

Dear prestedge7, In order to receive a private transfer offer please send an inquiring e-mail to our e-mail addres: info & atriumhotel . hu Bus number 100E: The bus service operates around the clock, seven days a week: -every 7-10 minutes every day, during the day -every 30-40 minutes at night, between midnight and about 3:30 in the morning. You can buy tickets from vending machines placed near bus/tram/underground stops. For the shuttle bus you must by a ticket. The price of it currently 1500 HUF (about 4 euros). The closest stop to the hotel called "ASTORIA". From there you need to walk about 5-10 mins. to get here. For your stay we suggest you to buy daily ticket. They are valid for every kind of public transportation service (besides the 100 E bus!) and you don't have to validate it, just show it up in case somebody asks you to.
Answer from Kazi Melinda
Dear Wishart1, Whenever you arrive at Budapest, Liszt Ferenc International Airport, the easiest way to get to our hotel is a transfer waiting for you at the airport. We recommend the best Budapest airport shuttle and taxi companies, comfortable and reliable door-to-door services. If you order it in advance, they will be waiting for you upon arrival. For further information please write us an inqury to reception@hotelatrium.hu . If you need any further information, please contact us. Dear Silverladymj, Thank you for your inquiry. We would suggest to take metro line 4 from Kálvin tér, until II.János Pál Pápa tér (two stops). Coming up from the metro station, go straight ahead until Népszínház street. Turn right and walk on the right side, until you reach Csokonai street. Our Hotel is on the corner.
