Great breakfast included with many options, helpful staff. This is very affordable and within walking distance to many sights. The thermostat didn't work very well but the temperature was ok given the time of year.

During the past five years we've spent New Year's with this great hotel. Location is convenient, the new wing has somewhat larger, prettier rooms. Breakfast and dinner are provided by the hotel in several rooms so it always feels more intimate. The New Year's Eve party is well done, the food is ample and varied - wait staff works very...

As a " long term resident" I have to say that I am disappointed that the lobby bar closes every day at 10 PM. Residents are literally forced into the much noisier London pub next door.. However - the two girls working there are very sweet and bright, so they don't keep you waiting when you are a return customer....

The room was absolutely ok, but a little small for two travellers with motorbike gear. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but you have to insist on somebody who also speaks another language than Hungarian. Those who do, are really cool!

We've spent the past 5 New Year's Eve at this facility. Two hotels are merged into one Hotel Eger and Park Hotel - I've loved the Park Hotel Room #8 with a terrace and close to the dining rooms. Well priced includes a buffet breakfast and dinner, pools, spa and treatments available on site. Szepasszony Volgye - an area where...

A large impersonal Hotel that served its purpose as a place to sleep. Rooms are dated (very) and with long corridors miles from Reception. There are signs everywhere otherwise you would get lost (especially for Breakfast). Housekeeping standards were below what I would expect for a 4 star, rooms not vacuumed, thick dust on ledges etc. Well located for centre...

Ok really good spa the room did smell of smoke and they did get the number of beds wrong but corrected it. Really good location and good for families. Beware it is a conference hotel and during the week we stayed very busy with business people. Breakfast of OK good variety, I would say room service should be provided and...

Standard hotel rooms are small, but there is enough room for 2 persons. If you are unlucky, wifi signal will be poor or even undetectable. Enough TV channel. Wellness part: really good, even with kids. There are 3 pools and 1 cghildren pool, 2 jakuzzi several saunas. Pros: good wellness Cons: poor wifi and small rooms.

A cosy hotel, great rooms and very good restaurant. The service was good. The spa was clean, the massage was great. We were totally satisfied, the price/quality rate is absolutely ok. I can recommend the hotel for families and couples.

I've always loved the hotels which have birds singing when you open the door of balcony or if there is not the balcony, the window of the room. It is sooo peaceful with the green scenery accompanying the birds songs. I love this nature. I had a too pressed schedule that is why did not have time to profit and...
